Hi! This is my first attempt in making a tutorial, so please feel free to comment your suggestions/remarks below!
I'm still working on finding out a better way to film and experimenting on lighting for better outputs, so please bear with me!

This is actually really helpful because I have almost the exact same eye shape as you. (The only difference I can spot is that my outer corner is sunken a bit deeper and my inner corner points slightly more downwards). Super great since I can never figure out the eye makeup tutorials from a lot of other people.

Use an eyelid tape. You can make your eyes big or small with that

Eyelid tape is to make you a second lid, I tried it for my eyes and it does nothing to them and I refuse make my eyes appear sharper/anime by pulling them with tape on my temples. I only use tape to lift my chin and eyebrows, when needed.

Cristian Bueno Ive based this eye look on Mo Xuanyu, but it works for the teen/disciple version of Wei Ying as well. For the Yiling Patriarch version, I suggest drawing a more extended eyeliner and then red eyeshadow underneath the eyes ✨
