In today’s episode of @mblydenvlogs, the 15 members of the 340 Hikers head to Lameshur Bay Trail. #usvirginislands #stjohn #hiking
Lameshur Bay is located on the rugged south shore of St John. Its remote location, beautiful sand beach, sugar mill ruins and access to several great hiking trails make it one of my top choices for best beaches on St John. None of us had hiked it before and we came to find the trail to be a bit more challenging than we expected.

When you showed the boilers, I nearly jumped outta my skin...The heaviness at the sugar mill ruins is extremely palatable. The energy needs to be cleared there. So many atrocities...💔🙏🏽
