I don't know why mi tv have poor design regarding key inputs. They could have design thier remote with air mouse.

This 688 RS one has far more button..... Tech Singh bro... Please compare these 2 and tell me which is best of the 2. Why is there so much price difference almost double... @@surajpandey4714 i checked with the seller there are two models, the one i purchased it cannot be used to on off the tv, while second model can be used to do that, so using original remote to on off and this one for navigation

Hi Techi and all others plz tell me whether the bluetooth mouse (dongle one ) works or not coz i connected quantum one... on one of usb ports light blinks on the mouse but it does not work (Mouse is fine if connected to other devices) the light is on but no visiblity...

I need help pairing the remotes. My order came with 2 remotes. One is regular and the other is the air mouse. I have an LG smart remote.

The power button in this remote also works in all tv
The power button in this remote is not for settop box
U can pair power button of this remote with your tv ir remote
Press and hold the power button on this air mouse remote till the light blinks and then the light stays on stady then keep your tv' ir remote in front of air mouse remove both remotes facing each other then press power button on the tv ir remote for 4 to 5 times
And then u can use air mouse remote to on or off your tv.
The back/home button of this remote also works
If you press and hold the back/home button it will open all apps
If you turn on the mouse on the remote then the back/home button will function as back button
And if you turn off mouse on the air mouse remote then the back/home button will function as home button

I observed you are moving your hand so much... Are you doing it on purpose, because you have to show movement in the video or is this the default amount you have to move in order to control the mouse?
I am guessing in air remotes navigation should be possible with only wrist movement instead of arm movement.
Just moving to show the mouse is moving with the remote. Yes the mouse moves perfectly well with just moving the wrist.

Can do fine without any wireless mouse or keyboard. Mi Remote App seems sufficient. It does one better, it cast TV screen on to your phone and can slide through any direction and select. With wireless keyboard or mouse (not air mouse) sliding horizontal is an issue. For keyboard, your phone keyboard is more than sufficient. Only trick is, while using the Mi Remote App, orient it into landscape mood, from there everything that is on your TV screen appears on Phone and your phone will work as touch screen for your TV.

No IR blaster or Bluetooth needed for Mi remote app. Only precondition, your phone & Mi TV needs to be connected on a same wireless network.
** When you orient your phone into landscape mode while Mi Remote App is opened in your phone, everything that is on your Mi TV is mirrored onto your phone and your phone screen works as touchscreen for your TV, so even the soft keyboard of TV appears on Phone, so you can use it without any problem in your phone.
Mi remote App in portrait mode functions just like the normal Mi TV remote, except some extras like screenshot features.
