    Fasting has changed my life, it's something that took a bit of getting use to but my body adjusted pretty quickly. It's nice that on this plan, we can snack at ANYTIME on protein. That's helpful, especially in the beginning when you're so used to snacking and eating on your time. I've lost 140+ lbs in 267 days and I AM HAPPY w/ my brandnue self!

    I don't eat until 11:30 am. Stop by eating by 5:30 pm. Lost 22 pounds and not hungry. Purchased a water filter and glass bottles. And cut back on alcohol - alcohol will stop the fat burning function of the liver.
