- Honda was wild for this one. Made from 1998-2002, the Z was Honda’s first, last & ONLY Kei SUV design. Based on the Acty Kei truck, all Z’s came standard with 4WD - but NO manual option?!?! Enjoy learning all about this quirky RHD, JDM Kei car!

@@wileecoyote5749 It came in the first part of August, whoever had it in Japan took care of it very well. No major repairs needed other than a new set of tires and front brake pads. Runs great, perfect for running around town.

@@pepperinyoureye I am. Slowly doing little things to it. It’s painfully slow but given I have something really fast and something decently fast, the Z is still my local errand vehicle and just something fun to take around. Tried the freeway once and only once. Came back in main side streets. 😅

According to Wikipedia, the 4 speed auto trans is the same one that came in the ef Civic. Conceivably you could convert it to a 5 speed if you sourced parts from a manual Civic, though I don't know if the 4wd system would bolt to the manual trans.
I'd love to see a review of a base model Nissan Skyline R34 sedan with the base model front bumper like the white one seen on the Wikipedia page.

I’m 6’6 and been wanting to test drive one. How is the legroom in the car do you fit comfortably in the driver seat?
I’m 6’2”, I’d say 6’5-6’6” would be the absolute tallest you could be to be “comfortable”
