Sigma Lenses are the alternative there, especially the contemporary ones. But Viltrox is creating a good set of Lenses in the last couple of years, they are slowly creeping onto my radar of buyable Lenses.
Yep, Sigma produces excellent glass! But usually it's a step up in price, a few hundred more... And as you said, Viltrox indeed is stepping up its game it seems.
Like you mentioned Samyang 24 1.8 is the closest competitor. The price difference is actually less than $100 brand new since Samyangs go on sale so often. Also Samyang is 100grams lighter which is why I got one instead of the Viltrox.
Their 23mm 1.4 for APS-C is one of my favorite. Built like a tank and sharp! Overall I do like Viltrox lenses. I have the 24 GM and also the Samyang so I'm in no need for this for my A7iii, but I was just curious about how this one performed. Thanks.
Hey, thanks for the awesome content. I have been looking for a budget wide lens! Can you share the link on where we can get the lens profile. I looked on the site but can't seem to find it. Thanks again
Nose is fine again even though a big pimple appeared now 😅 But hey, how are you doing?! Saw your post on IG stories last night 🤨 Hope you feel better soon, man 👊🏻💥
Yep, vignetting is bad but easily fixable with the profiles and for video I'll make my own profile. But indeed, if you don't need autofocus there are other options 👌🏻
ordered!
Following you from 8k subscribers. Now you are at 26k. Too far to go. Best of luck for the future, buddy❤️❤️❤️🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩

Got a used one on eBay for $250 😳 So they don’t hold any value but I love it either way.
I considered the lens, buy the vinyetting is just too much.If don't mind MF lens, TTArtisan 21mm f1.5 seems a good choice.
