A 24 fret PJ style bass for $63 seems like a pretty good deal to me! Let's call it a happy accident. Enjoy! If you need a bass amp, the Fender Rumble series are good and inexpensive.
I have two bass guitars. It was briefly three but that’s just too many. I really only need one as I use it for recording but both are parts guitars so not financially sound to sell either. The best one is all Fender parts, Mexico and USA combo. Enjoy your journey into the low end.
nothing wrong with a bass,,, it looks nice.. the minsine i ordered was seafoam, i put new pickups in it , alnico 5 . it boosted the output from 300 ohns to 800 ohms with 250k pots... new tuners, and added wood block to the tremolo cavity so i would have a hardtail.. wow this thing sounds great. thnks for the reviews
Nice bass Joe.👍 A bass with a case ... Looks really good.... especially at your place....lol. Just kidding, I would definitely keep it. Looks comfortable to play, and sounded good even unplugged.
Are you going to order it again? Still not bad considering the price. There's a higher model bullfighter for 89 bucks. Alder body. Might be worthtaking as look at that one. I'm also considering the bullfighter, they have many models for a good price. The quality looks really good. I'm eyeing the 189 dollar telecaster bullfighter for my next purchased.
Now *that's* a cool outcome! I almost bit on this one...just for the price alone. I'll be honest, though, I've grown a bit weary of these stupidly-cheap-yet-weirdly-playable Chinese guitars that come complete with microphonic pickups and zero resale value (yet take up the same amount of space in the music room as a Squier or Epiphone). Guess I've gotten cynical... Truth is, budget guitars like this were unheard of 20 years ago (some might say even 10) - let's just say prior to widespread CNC technology. So I get the whole golden age thing. And these kinds of guitars (at least in my experience with them) are rarely bad or outright unplayable...but they're also rarely stunning or mind-blowing. "Meh" comes to mind. I'm probably just bored and need a break. Your bass is hella cool, though. Rock on, brother. 🤘

Joining a band Joe? Always work as a bassman!
Rock on! 🎸🎸🎸
Rob
It is nice to have other instruments to fiddle with, and that bass does look cool
It’s a sign Joe! Your future as a bassist is in the works, courtesy of Amazon! And yes you cannot beat that price💥💪👍
Sharp looking bass! 😅 Just an idea for another video is you showing how you would deal with the frets.
Now I want a Bass.

A bass! I don’t know that I have ever seen you with a bass:) Congrats, Joe!
Oh … you aren’t joking:) Lol. Maybe it’s a God thing:)
You haven't! Now I just have to learn how to play. Be well Craig,
Sorry to hear of your frustration of not getting what you ordered... However, this video was very entertaining! 😆
Take care, Joe!
mine goodness!
that red guitar took some special vitamins heehee!!!
actually you got over on them by mistake lol!
Not a serious issue yet, but if Joe's next axe is a ukulele there may be cause for concern.
LOL! I agree...although baritones are a known gateway uke for guitarists.
Somewhere . . . a bassist is making a video about their new red strat

Has that whole life and lemons to lemonade vibe to it. I'd keep it as well. Cheers! ✌🎸
I would keep it too Joe………….
guess we gonna have to learn to play Base , it's only 4 strings how hard can it be? lol
One would be better Mr. Phats! Be well my friend.
@@AJgeartalk all kidding a side might be fun to learn the Seinfeld riff ... the intro base line to the show
Rick Beato must have put the mojo on you.
