Mom's Special: Beetroot & Pickled Onion Salad Recipe.
A delicious and simple salad recipe with beets, pickled onions, walnuts and garlic according to my mother’s recipe!

Onion marinade:
250 ml /3,5 oz water
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
50 ml / 1,7 oz 7% vinegar
Marinate the onion for at least 10-15 minutes!
For the salad:
Beetroot - 3 (medium)- Boiled or baked!
Onions 3-4 pieces
50 g /1,7 oz walnuts
2 large cloves of garlic /or to taste
1 cl toasted sesame
0.5 tsp salt /or to taste
0.5 tsp pepper /or to taste
