Jason is coming for you Freddy
@@chrisallie9960 are you sure you don't mean Lori who cut off Freddy's head while Jason takes the credit? The idiots who wrote the script for that movie sabotaged Freddy and put the bullshit in Jason's favor.
@@chrisallie9960 whatever Freddy has smarts old man
It's impossible to defeat Freddy in every sense
Alice is one of the best final girls of the Elm Street series
You are right she is one of the very best
@justineves9430 Damn shame they didn't Bring her back for 6 would have been a better movie or bring her back for Freddy vs Jason Her and Tommy Jarvis would have been bad ass
James Morant you can say this again.
@@justineves3588 only one to defeat Freddy twice and survive
you are right I wish we get to see her and her son again after a nightmare on elm street 5
Lisa Wilcox and Robert Englund rocked in both parts 4 and 5 and Heather Langenkamp was awesome in parts 1, 3 & 7
I always loved the continuity with the Elm Street storylines. Everything from returning characters from previous films to the exploring of Freddy's "son of 100 maniacs" background story with his mother, Amanda Krueger, that was touched upon in parts 3, 5 and even 6.
You got their power, I got their souls. I love when he says that.
Dope line!!! Love part 4! The scenes were more dramatic for sure.
GHOST RIDER : THAT'S LOOK INTO MY EYES YOUR SOUL STAINS BY THE BLOOD OF THE INNOCENT FEEL THEIR PAIN.
You’ve got their penises, Ive got their pussies. c’mon!
“The power of pussy” 🙂
Come on come on
The way she looked when the doors flew open❤️❤️❤️❤️ sexy
Here is what Alice inherited. She inherited Debbie's fight skills and toughness, , Rick's Martial Arts , Sheila's smarts, Kristen's acrobats and pull in power. :)
I think Debbie's dream power would've definitely been super strength and confidence
The strength she had to punch thru the wall and actually knock Freddy on his ass came from Debbie. Everything else is right😁
@@adrianmanuelcolon262 I mentioned she got Debbie's fight skills and toughness. :) ;)
@@MarySmith-lv3mo Yeah kinda, but understand that toughness is the ability to take damage or a hit. Strength is the ability to dish out the hits. Fighting skills would b martial arts, which Alice got from Rick. Big difference. Just saying😅😉
@@adrianmanuelcolon262 I was thinking of Toughness as "Hard fighting," when I said that. ;) Actually, speaking about Strength, Kincaid also had Super Strength too, so she could have also gotten her Super Strength from Kincaid, as she got her scream power from Joey. Although both Kincaid and Joey died before Kristen, she did get parts of their personalities.... ;)
Both Nancy & Alice were AMAZING Dream Warriors!
Welcome to Wonderland, Alice!
If only it was the Alice Liddell, not just a random girl.
I get the puns Freddy sheesh
@@oldcat1790 Alice was only 7 years old during Wonderland, so I doubt she'd put up much of a fight. 😄
@@rinraideni think they talking about the version from American mcgee
@0:14....when the wind blows her hair and her eyes squint you can see the rage form in her. I definitely think Alice was the toughest final opponent Freddy faced

Well in elm streets 3 and 4 the kids were much more brave
Cambreezy The Colorman true statement here.
@@moneylover318 That was what I thought at first ( given that I loved all the people from movie 3), but you have to think about this film to appreciate it. Nancy was the first opponent to crack the secret lock on Freddy's gimmick (thanks to Johnny Depp's character telling her to turn her back in him in her dreams). Kristen was an evolved opponent who had the juice to tackle Freddy but none of the skills. Alice was the worthy replacement, given that she day dreamt chronically. You got to see what Kristen was supposed to do in 3 through Alice.
@@edithisaok580 Nancy was the only one in the 1st though to fight him.
Fun fact: Lisa Wilcox took a day of marital arts training for this scene, according to the documentary.
No one can replace Nancy Thompson but Alice was definitely a close second and more so she actually survived in the follow up movie as well.
Status: alive. She's a survivor.
That entrance, the one liners and that death though!!! Love how all Freddy’s victims finally got some payback b4 they were freed! Best film in the series imo. Respect this legend. Period🗣💯🔥🔥🔥
I remember me and some friends watching this movie when it first came out, and the part where Freddy just maniacally laughs at Alice punching and kicking him in the face had us all doubled over crying with laughter.
Same. Even journaled about it in 4th grade in 1988 and still have it. Lol. I'm a Fred head so ive seen this over 1000 times.
@@bobbyscalchi4013 I would have done the same thing too. Did your teacher give you a decent grade for it?
that was funny to you?
Ate them 💩 s 😂
It was hilarious. My favorite part, COME ON!, COME ON! COME ON!
I love how Alice goes full Buffy the Vampire Slayer on Freddy. It’s also great how she didn’t lose her nerve when Freddy was laughing at her punches because of his high endurance in the dream world
Oh yeah, this was the one where this girl somehow absorbed all the talents of her friends as Freddy killed them, and she tried to stand up to Freddie and be badass instead of just running and screaming.
I love her and taryn
@@moneylover318 Taryn got killed in part 3 cause Freddy stick needles into her arms died of overdose
@@EricJones_J I know I'm just saying taryn is one of my favorite
Actually, I wouldn't call them talents per se, more like their dream "powers" and the more powers she gathered, the less timid she displayed throughout the movie and if only Kristen would've just died and not given her powers to Alice, Freddy would TRULY be ineffective
@@EricJones_J yeap he caught her off guard sadlt
So basically, Alice “mastered” what they couldn’t do in Part 3. She master being a Dream Warrior.
In the script it describes her as, "She was no longer just a high school girl, She wasn't a dream warrior, she was THE DREAM MASTER" So I think she's beyond a dream warrior, she's the Master
All credit can't go to Alice alone because she was using the dream powers of all of her friends that Freddy killed and she lost all that power when she set their souls free from him. Also Freddy's power belonged to him but Alice only got her friend's powers after he killed them so technically it wasn't a fair fight because she was cheating.
@@trickq5883 Alice was the chosen one love. She could only do what she done to freddy based on her dream power alone
Not really. She just got lucky that there was a piece of stained glass to show Freddy his own face! Didn’t even come to the powers in the end
@@trickq5883 So? Freddy used invulnerability, so it was a fair fight

I love the game of words when Fredy says "welcome to wonderland Alice" in reference of the tale.
That’s Freddy for yeah, he loves his mind games when it comes to his victims.
@@kingbeef66 but this time Freddy was the victim...
@@GaelelordiGarcia Indeed, Freddy can only piss off the protagonist so much until they stand up against him and be a real nightmare to him. I also love Alice’s farewell to him after defeating him, “Rest in Hell!”.
This kind of hit hard considering he killed the Elm Street kids, of the vigilante parents that burned him. He just wanted to come back to kill any in Springwood after Kristen.
Alice being the only survivor that is not connected to Elm Street or its history made the rivalry with Freddy more personal in Part 5. He was pissed she got away the first time.

@@TjMetalHead94 He needed her alive to bring him more victims like she did before with Rick, Shiela and Debbie. Not plot armor. Just common sense on Freddy's part. He didn't try to kill her because he needed her.
Most epic battle in Nightmare history.
80s
Omg the lightning to this scene is amazing. 80s horror were the best.
Alice was beautiful and bad ass!!
Freddy knows how to make an entrance before a final fight.
At the unfortunate expense of her brother’s and her friends’ lives, Alice became an absolute juggernaut who came at Freddy with 100% determination and zero fear. Something he probably had never encountered before
Alice had the advantage because she was a master daydreamer. So when Kristen got killed she passed her ability to pull people in her dreams to Alice and that also gave her power to inherit the skills of everybody else that got killed after Kristen.
@@jakekaufman8302 That’s right, forgot about that part. She did have her own unique ability before it all started. Inheriting everyone else’s’ abilities in addition to hers cranked it up to 11 lol
@@dannyellaboatboat yeap!
@@areyoulookingbitch7065 I love how they have that little stare down with each other at the beginning. Freddy is like “Oh my, it’s taken me this long to find a truly worthy opponent. This is gonna be awesome!”
@@dannyellaboatboat Naaah, It's more like ol Fred is used to teenagers fearing him and Alice showed none, like he wants to ask her "how come you're not shaking in your boots seeing me?"
"I am eternal". Iconic.
Freddy is clearly showing off his invulnerability and quick regeneration here. This was one very good scene when he actually duels his opponent without dirty tricks or quick kills.
That's because Alice doesn't fear him, because if she did, he could've easily manipulated her mind and set her up for her demise
This is a great movie
One thing I love about this ending is that the editing is so good that you can't tell when it's Lisa Wilcox or her stint doubles......now the numbchuck scene is a different story lol
The best nightmare!!!My favourite movie.
Even though Nancy was the original final girl, but Alice gives kicking Freddy's ass a whole new meaning 🦶 👊💥

I really couldn’t believe when I heard most people didn’t like this movie. Sure it wasn’t The Dream Warriors and, it definitely wasn’t as good as it. Yes, they did kill off all the most likable characters, but I loved this movie and thought it was a good continuation of Dream Warriors

Epic Boss Music to go with this Boss Fight, 10 out of 10 for it’s time
Nancy and Alice were my fave Freddy final girls!! Both were so badass!!
No one really dies in this movie because they all become apart of Alice. Which is what I thought made this movie brilliant. To bad they dont make that many good horror movies Like they use to.
Yes they did die butt there soul are transfert to freddie. because of kristen giving her that power so all powers of her friends and brother are going to her.
Well they didn't respawn after Freddy was beaten...
I like how he’s just shocked from her flips and the pop up 🤣😂😂😂👌
I bet this was truly badass to see in the theater
0:40 Still better than Busta Rhymes Karate kicking Michael in Halloween Resurrection 😂
FACTS
When I try this in my nightmares I seem to be moving in slow motion.
Straight up facts
When I try lucid dreaming it breaks the “narrative” and becomes as boring as a regular daydream.
Yes omg me too lmmfaoooo
i can attest to that, acrobatic move seems slow for me in lucid dream but when it comes to jumping high i don’t move slow at all.
The same thing with me. What’s up with that. Do you run in slow motion in your dream? It’s really aggravating.😡
Luv the ending when Alice helped saved all the trapped souls from Freddy's body. Somehow 2 me was a serene and beautiful horror movie ending. Also gotta love those 80s jeans she was wearing😉
1:34 had me dying

And the director off screen losing his shit, screaming “Not quite my tempo!” 😂

Yaassss Alice!!!!
I want to see a direct to sequel from this movie. Like Halloween has been doing.
Well technically “The Dream Child” continues the storyline but it’s just all over the place, that it doesn’t feel like a continuation of this movie.
for me, the trinity of the "nightmare" films is Nancy, Kristen & Alice. I love all three for different reasons. & Alice was the only one to face down Freddy TWICE & live to tell about it. Her son would be well into adult hood by now. I wish we could see Nancy & Freddy team up to face Freddy once last time.
Would be more like Alice teaming up with Tracy, Katherine, and Lori.
Alice was up to the test.
This is the Most Sensible, And Perfect way for Freddy to Die instead of how he went out in Freddy's Dead. He should have went out like this.
BEST Finale for thee entire franchise
Is this where he got his martial arts inspiration in Freddy Va Jason?
Why yes yes it is.
That was more wwe type stuff 😂
When you've been around as long as Freddy, you're bound to learn new stuff, lol. Might as well learn a few martial arts moves from experience with fighting Alice and her brother Rick.
Damn! The more I watch this fight, the more it makes the Freddy vs Jason fight stick out like a sore thumb, especially if Kane Hodder wasn't playing Jason, rightfully so...
Meeting her tonight at attroxs so f excited

Evil will see itself, AND IT SHALL DIE!
"LET THEM OUT!!!!!!!"
It’s morphin time, “ pterodactyl”
So he has huge claws and he just slaps her?
Man, killing the main character is so difficult.
Freddy loves to play with his food and was overconfident.
He can only hurt if his victims are afraid. He gains power from fear so no fear and he's just a shadow.
I always thought that was more of a backhanded punch. Freddy used the backhand twice in Elm Street 3 and again in the Final Nightmare, so he was pretty good at that.
Always thought about this. He couldn't kill her because he needed more victims from her. She was his gateway.
@@bobbyscalchi4013 you are absolutely right. Alice already knew as she told Dan in the diner where she works, maybe Freddy can't get to the new kids unless there is someone to bring them to him.
