It was intentional from what I remember but they just regretted it like the Abby dagger being upgraded and having 25%. Too much dps at once.
@@DanielTheCooliest I just thought that with all the new updates going on, Jagex was just indirectly saying they don't care about pvp anymore and was going to go all in on power-creep for pvm because it would be too much engine work for gear to functionally have different stats in pvp & pvm.
@@Dean..... Well they could simply release more pvp only weapons like BH or the vls before BH existed, so the potential is there for good pk weapons and PvM weapons, they just need to make them and decide which ones.
