tip: bring few str pots and die without drinking them, people might think these are brews and will drink them instead of eating their food or they might drink the pot first and fail combo eat so they lose 3 ticks. (also they might try to double eat with the str pot and think they can out eat your damage and will focus lootingg the pots or on eating+"brewing" instead of changing prayer)
