@@mattpike5264 I thought the vocals still captured what Tyler is about, but it was definitely a different vibe. I prefer the live All Your'n as well, but it's probably a bias because I'm a pedal steel player, and tend to prefer songs with a heavy steel lead, like the live versions.

Really? Because I'm a little disappointed in how overproduced this sounds. The live version of "Bus Route" with the 3-piece backing band sounds so much better to me than this version where they seemed to try & throw in everything plus a kazoo. For someone who IMHO sounds great solo with a guitar these arrangements are way, way extra.

Just watched him live last night and he sounded amazing.
If I were to write an article on this man’s latest album, I would most definitely elaborate on the fact that his authentic sound reminds me of many classic country musicians like Merle Haggard, Charlie Daniels, as well as 90s artists like Alan Jackson.. with an Appalachian bluegrass twist that tells a story in every song. Not to mention that uplifting, square-dance beat.

And while Im here I remember my dad's baby blue 1962 Ford Country Squire wagon. Going on summer vacation across the state of Va to the beach. Kids in the very back of the wagon, towing a trailer full of luggage and stopping at a farmer's fruit stand to get a watermelon to take along. Memories.

Buying hard copies ( vinyl or CD ) are the best way to support any artist. I also love the immediate gratification of digital downloads but the artist make very little money from it.

Mary Frank don’t feel bad. Most people don’t realize how little digital music does for most artists. That’s why attending concerts and buying merchandise is important. I always buy vinyl and digital and it’s a win win.

@@asheden3779 ...when you said raw I assumed you were referring the ghostly inhale at the end of notes that is the voice of country music...not technically yodeling but is born of the technique...its not a mainstream sound and from what I've heard they have squelched it a bit to make the record appeal on a larger scale...some call it selling out...some call it buying in...
