I second that.👍
Pro tip: after grating the ginger squeeze it in a lemon squeezer and add honey to the juice. Soothes the throat and helps dry the ginger pulp faster
and you'll lose the ginger flavour
Finally someone that uses sunlight to dry . fantastic job
The way she says enjoy is the the best part of every video who agrees with me.......
No words to explain your efforts... Only single line -"You are a pro in your work "
Thanks 😊

Lastly ur way of saying enjoy....was awesome..out of the world
Thank you sis. I m fr Singapore n never knew how to make these. Buying onion n garlic powder is expensive. Here we have lots of sunshine year round n u make it so easy. Thank you again😘
It's a great recipe ideas... specially the ginger powder could be so good for quick tea making
ever heard of sonth? it's readily available in grocery stores..not really expensive but yes don't even try to make tea out of it...it will be a horrible experience.
onion n garlic powders though are something not easily found in indian grocery stores n are expensive...so those are a great find.
I had made onion powder, tomato powder, garlic powder and beetroot powder too two days ago

I had tried this method and found it doesn't always works due to temperature and humidity.
So invented a new and lesser known method. I used vinegar and table salt to make coarse paste of individual spices (onion/garlic/ginger). If it doesn't dry within that day, at least it won't catch mould or have discoloration. Vinegar and salt, both are natural preservatives and have negligible effect on aroma and flavour of these spices.
I can guarantee you this method is 100% foolproof and most durable. I made garlic powder on 20 January 2018 and today is 18 March 2019 and still my spice powders are alright and still using them. Saves plenty of money making them at home. Just buy them when its dirt cheap.
Vinegar preserves color beautifully. My dry onion chunks looked like Ruby crystals before grinding.
so easy! Itni din mey sochta raha how they powder those things? Ab pata chala powder korna kitbi easy. Super easy. Thanks itni easy se dekhane k
li ye.
Never knew this could be so simple. Thanks a lot for sharing.
Wow! Almost 100gms of these powder cost u around RS. 75-100
But u made it so simple dat we can almost make all the three powders in that cost.. And happy dat v don't add any preservatives in it.. So it's always happy to hv something homemade.. Can you make videos on Cheese powder n tomato powder..
Lovely dear.. Make many more of such videos.. In a day I hv watched 6 of ur recipes.. I love d way u make it simple n easy n homemade.. All the very best..
What is cheese powder???
Jaya praba a
Nihar Ranjan Mohapatra.. We get cheese powders in market.. Which can b used in many ways.. Like on pop corn r in even in white sauce for pasta
Jaya praba 1) after drying, there will be significant weight loss, that's why these are expensive.. 2) without preservatives, you would not be able to store for long...

Well this is a great idea to utilise the broken garlic bulbs.
I have around 500-600Kg broken garlic bulbs and due to Lockdown no body wants to buy that because everyone likes the complete garlic bulb.
👍👍👍, miss, tks for good tips.
Here i have 2questions :-
1. There are lots of food channel uploaders , esp. From your country, i supposed ,using the same blender or chopper, may i know what brand is that ?
I wish to buy one soon.
Where can find this product, and roughly how much ? Just for guideline.
2. Can i use no oil , pan fry over low heat dry those garlic or ginger etc. Or oven dry them
Sun dry takes longer time than oven or dry pan over low heat .
Tq
Blender or chopper u mentioned is popularly called mixy..mixer..mixer grinder in India. various brands are available here ranging from 3000 to 7000 Indian rupees...US$ 45-100. pls Google for brand and price in Ur country. 2. u can fry those ginger garlic onions on a pan over low heat or oven dry...but best is sun dry..take the example of drying clothes..thank you

Tq for the q... U help me lots dear
Great and simple thanks you get a thumbs up.
Really very useful tips thank you so much.
Nice is it necessary to grind garlic and then dry .....can't we just peel and dry them
Heena Jain it takes too long to dry up. I did it in oven once ,I used whole cloves and they ended up scorched and still plump inside. She has given perfect demonstration.
Home n Parenting Channel thanks
Heena Jain Instead of grinding, I chopped garlic and showed it to sun for 2-3 days.....then grind it
Well u forgot to mention or show the drying and the way u remove it from the plate... I tried and it sticks like a b#@$&......
Iss ka tareeqa ye hy k aap din main kuchh martaba in teenoo chizon ko ulat palut karain. Iss tarah ye ye plate say nahin chipkain gay.
use parchment paper, she said it dries out in the open or in sunlight
You can add vinegar and salt to onions and wet grind it. Spread the paste on plastic in small lumps. This way onion won't catch green fungus or rott if it doesn't get enough sunlight during winter.
I dried 2 days under sun, then using room heater blew hot air to make it super dry. When cooled, I dry grind them to powder. This way the onion retains it's colour and salt helps preserve it.
Thank u a million. Its very useful. Bless you.
Thank u ..... Apne mera tension dur kar diya ..... vaseee bhi abhi bazar jane ki koi jarurat nehi hai........... again and again thank uuuuu 😄😄😄😄😄😄
