By following God’s commandments means you love God. To show you love people, means to show them the dangers of following one’s own heart. Loving someone does not mean tolerating actions that oppose God’s Word.
By the work's of the Law shall no man (person) be saved! For by Grace you've been saved, thru Faith. It is a Gift from God, so no man can boast. (Boast about how well he keeps the whole of the Law, or any works like how much he loves God and people, even in a Christian manner) These things won't save you, and are not the Gospel! Only belief on, and faith and reliance in the Death, shed blood, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, The Son of the Living God will save! Again by the work's of the Law shall no man be saved! @darnellmunerlyn7170 if I can be of any assistance don't hesitate to contact me. I was involved with people from the antimomian Protestant churches who vehemently deny the efficacy of God's Law in our lives even today. They claim we are under GRACE only not understanding what Grace means...it is not only relevant and true but The Law of God was never abolished. Have you ever wondered or ask the question why every human being has 10 fingers and 10 toes? Grace is the abolishing of the animal sacrifices and their blood for daily atonement of sin, the levitical priesthood as daily mediator and the annual day of atonement by the high priest as mediator on behalf of the whole nation of Israel (all from the tribe of Levi). Yashuah the Messiah is from the tribe of Judah and that is one of the reasons why the Pharisees and scribes could not accept HIM AS MESSIAH. The command not to dishonour your parents; the command to unsanctify the Sabbath (7th say "saturday"); not to steal, kill/murder, commit Adultery, Idolatry, false testimony/witnesses, covetousness...are all these commandments now ok to not obey them (do as you please???).

This is the most ridiculous harping I've heard yet. Here's what John said, "Beloved, I am writing you no new commandment, but an old commandment that you had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word that you have heard. At the same time, it is a new commandment that I am writing to you, which is true in him and in you, because the darkness is passing away and the true light is already shining. Whoever says he is in the light and hates his brother is still in darkness. Whoever loves his brother abides in the light, and in him there is no cause for stumbling. But whoever hates his brother is in the darkness and walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes." Same commandment carries over into the Gospel age. It is still the great commandment.
2Ti 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: Mat 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. Something doesn't seem right with him. Be a watchman people.
So let me get this straight. Here is how Paul describes the gospel in Romans 1: “The gospel he promised beforehand through his prophets in the Holy Scriptures regarding his Son, who as to his earthly life was a descendant of David, and who through the Spirit of holiness was appointed the Son of God in power by his resurrection from the dead: Jesus Christ our Lord. Through him we received grace and apostleship to call all the Gentiles to the obedience that comes from faith for his name’s sake.” So the gospel of this Jewish rabbi, appointed the Son of God, a descendant of the Jewish king David, who quoted the Law over and over again, taught from it, argued over it, fulfilled and lived it, and satisfied its requirements that we may draw near to God … through OBEDIENCE that comes from faith (Paul’s words, not mine) … … actually has nothing to do with that law? Yeah … no. This is false teaching based on failure to investigate the context and cultural background in which the gospel emerged, and retrojecting a 21st Century Western ideal onto it.

Hello. I have a question. Do you love God as much as you should? Do you love people as you love yourself? If not, then you have failed as All of us have. Those are commandments but we can't follow them because of our sinful nature. Only Jesus Christ obeyed the Law fully. He not only died for believers, but He lived for us too. No one has the perfect doctrine. None of us fully understands the mind of God. Calvinist or not, we are all blessed by the love and grace of God. The problem isn't the doctrine, but how our minds want to perceive who God is. Before the Holy Spirit really gets ahold of us, we are blind to the truth. We will choose to believe what we wish about God.
The Law is absolutely the gospel. Hebrews tells us the gospel is the same gospel that was preached to them in the wilderness. The only thing preached in the wilderness was the Law. Every commandment in the Law fits into one of 2 categories. Love God and love your neighbor. Christians only want to keep the commandments that show love to their neighbor and they ignore those that show love to God. This garbage about ceremonial Laws versus moral Laws is man made false doctrine. The Bible does not distinguish commandments in that way. There’s nothing ceremonial about dietary commandments anyway. This man has many things right however he is still a false prophet according to Deuteronomy 13.

This makes no sense. It's all about him using his voice and certain tricks to make himself sound commanding and intelligent. It has no actual substance. No one said it was a substitute for the gospel. That is an false argument that he made up to make himself sound important and make his words seem relevant.
Jesus fulfilled the Law, which no man could ever keep perfectly. God gave us the Law to expose and make known our sinfulness. In our flesh, apart from the sacrificial shedding of Christ's blood, we are condemned by the law of sin & death. Praise God that there is no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, for the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus makes us free from the law of sin & Death (Romans 8:1-2). The law couldn't bridge the gap between sinners and a holy God, so He sent His Son Jesus to take the penalty of our sins, so that we could receive His righteousness (Romans 8:3-5)
The law is a mirror in which we see ourselves falling short. Righteousness is imputed on the Christian and our sin is imputed on Christ. Although we are to observe the law we always fall short. The gospel is that Jesus took the punishment of our sin so that we could have his Righteousness imputed on us.
The Law/ Gospel distinction is vital to understand. Galatians 3 10:11 are great verses to understand.
