Easy and Quick Suji Ka Halwa/दानेदार सूजी का हलवा/Rawa halwa

- This halwa is such an easy and an amazing recipe!
Ingredients:-
Mine 1 cup = 250 ml
250 g suji or rawa ( 1 1/4 cup )
500 g sugar( you can add 400 g if you eat less sweeter) (2 1/2 cup )
200 g plain or pure ghee ( more than 3/4 cup melted )
2 pinch food color
7-8 cashews
7-8 pistachios
7-8 almonds
20-25 resins
1 tsp kewra water
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 litre water...( 4 cup )

Dear lubna, i could never eat more than a bite of halwa, no matter who made it, or how good the cook was. My husband loves it, so i decided to find a recipe and make it for him. I chose your recipe, simply because you are an excellent teacher with a very calm voice and clear recording. I didn't even taste it before serving him. He loved it so much that i was forced to taste it, and what do you know; it was heavenly delicious!! the perfect mixture of butter (couldn't find ghee) and sugar. so i am going to try many of your indian recipees. You are an amazing cook. I, thankyou! and please keep it up! ps! can you make halwa from plain flour?

Perfect recipe....I used coarse sujee with excellent result...... roasting the sujee for about 10 minutes is important.....thank u

bahut acha receipe hai seriously. aaj banaya hai sirf kismis nhi tha baki sab dala hai. bahut yammy and delicious bana hai. sooji ka halwa bina milk ka bhi sakta hai yea pta nhi tha. pehle bahut bar moong dal ka halwa banaya hai. par yea bhi acha laga.
