What l do to make kheer I soak rice and half grind it. Bring it to a boil when it thickens a bit I add a can of evaporated milk Yummy delicious kheer ready in no time
@@khansana3713 when milk is cool I put half grinded rice in milk put it on the stove to cook on high flame Once it thickens I add sugar and green cardamom powder. And a can of evaporated milk in the last and mix it well. Taste and switch off the flame
I followed your youtube video of Kheer. It turned out so amazing. Incredible. My Dad (very fond of cooking) makes amazing Kheer. I never learned as I do not like Kheer, what I did today was at par with his version. Thanks a ton, you are incredible. I admire the logic you taught of not letting the skin settle on the surface so the fat of milk freely interacts with starch of rice and attended it for 1.5 hrs. It took me 1.5 hrs to get that stage where it sounded right consistency and look of rice vs milk. It was creamy, delish and beyond words. I used jaggery instead of white sugar (personal preference). Thanks a ton for your AMAZING videos
