If your main team already has maxed out their friendship levels, make sure to switch to a team of 4 characters that still need friendship EXP before collecting overworld resin rewards like from Ley Lines, 40 Resin bosses and the Wolf of the North. You can fight with your strong team, but make sure to collect the rewards with that friendship-farming team :)

You have to switch to the 20 hour expedition for better rewards!! It should be under the area where it says what you get from the expedition!! :)
