    great video as usual. i have spent the last couple of years working on my high elbow in front crawl, now i have to adress the same challenge in back stroke, just with low elbow instead of high. any insightfull advice , M?

    Thanks again! Backstroke is the hardest swim stroke for me. Hope I can improve my technique!

    Thanks for the video - appreciate it. Yes, I keep going or gradually vering towards my right hugging the lane line. I don't overextend above my head but I believe my right hand pull release is stronger than the left.

    Mine is because I've had shoulder surgery in one shoulder not yet other. And..one leg is stronger than the other due to nerve damage.
