How many counts do we extend a natural madd occuring at the end of an ayah? In most recitiations of reciters, it soundes longer than 2 harakats. Can we imitate them or we should stick to 2 harakats?

Jazakum Allah khairan. I suppose you called the leen letters semi-vowels in previous video. So it would be less confusing if you named the letters ya and waw that have short vowels "vowel letters" rather than "semi-vowel" letters, right?
