One tip: I would change the scoreboard to include a number (in a different colour) for counting the sets (the way the CEV does for instance). The dot is a bit confusing cause it looks a bit like an indicator for a timeout.

How tall are you and how much do you weigh? im trying to decide which shirt size to get from jumplete
I am 5'10 and weigh about 150lbs. I usually wear Medium, but I got s small cuz the shirt is quite long. Plus it doesn't feel restrictive even if its a little tight

How long should you rest after plyometrics?
2-3 minutes between sets should be good. You want fresh legs when you are jumping, so having a 2-3 min break will ensure that

I think your arm swing have a little problem Marko, That move takes you a long time to swing and is easy for opponentst to block. Moreover, your hitting range will not be optimal. Just my opinion
