For a home recorder, at the price of each unit, it would be worth it to buy both and record a clean signal direct to the interface then run that track into each unit on its own stereo track in order to layer the strengths of each unit's tones and thus get a more unique sound and with far more variety. It would take a bit more time but it is no harder than standard re-amping.
wow i just want to say that this is a top-tier comparison review. everything from the way you broke them down- to your brilliant back-and-forth full speed comparison. you are clearly passionate about your craft, and it shows. 👌 ah... i went from loving the zoom at first, but changed sides to the mooer after you got into breaking down the specs. the mooer just seems like it offers so much more for someone like me, making music alone. but then when you got to the playing comparison- i was back on team zoom. it just sounds so much more polished and rich... i think i'm just going to get the zoom first, then pick up the mooer later. thank you 🤘
i'm an intermediate gutiar player. I just play my guitar to backing tracks on YT. I bought this to try to break the monotony. I LOVE IT!! it is incredible for 110 bucks. I give it 5 STARS out of 5.
Hi i have a question... How to turn the mooer ge100 pedal off? Is there a power on/off switch button or you just pull off the power adapter? thanks in advance!
i have used Mooer, but the Main downside of it is when u are performing live and you switch effects, there will be a sudden stop of the sound which is really noticable especially if its a live performance. does Zoom have the same problem? id appreciate to get a reply
Honestly, my personal opinion, the internet patches don't matter so much to me, especially compared to the UI of the GE100. You can copy people's settings off the internet if you want, but I'd have more fun making my own.
Sir, perhaps you can show a demo on how to calibrate/adjust the expression pedal of mooer ge100. I tried the instructions in the manual but i dont have a luck.😅😅 it's promt me an error message..thank you very much..
Definitely Zoom!! Because the zoom got cabinet emulation, for connecting to devices other than guitar amps. I have it for 3 months and it has helped me a lot ;)
I have a G1x. I really love it . But one day it suddenly just stop working😩. Currently looking to buy another effect. Thinking about the get100..but my zoom still sounds better to me
I have mooer ge100. In this video Zoom sounds much better so i compared my mooer with this video while using HQ headphones and mooer sounds much much better! Believe me. He probably messed up output settings on mooer ;).
@@BassGodstrue. tonewise, I go with ge100, only downside is the millisecond lag when switching to other patches. overall, ge100 for the tones. g1x4 sounds too generic and feels "plastic-ky" to touch. I guess we just have to contend ourselves lol 😅
While showing the zoom sounds you had the guitar tracks out of phase. Creating a HORRIBLE sound but I bet it would have been so much better if it was all in phase.
Hi. I was wondering how would you be able to record the audio from the pedals to a computer? Can you use the usb on the zoom or can you use the auxiliary connected to the microphone jack to record?
hello Alex , Thanks for watching our video well this is not just about the usb or output connection. for having a high quality sound, you should do some more. there are so many different ways to use your pedals for recording, and it's a detailed subject. we will make some specific videos about recording Guitars with pedals and multi effects and having a high sound quality. Stay tuned :)

You can sometimes buy pedals that come in a bundle. Sometimes, they will come with a power supply, other times with patch cables, headphones or even rechargeable batteries and charger even. Of course, this also raises the price but, for what you get, sometimes it's a good deal...
I also think zoom wins. You have got more options for further sounds you can use the of more expensive pedals from its cloud even bass pedals and vocal processor too. Worth buying zoom.
Nux 100 is my favourite.I played the others and they are easier to use in the beginning but for features and tone for the price nux is the winner for me.
What I like about this multi-effects pedal - it's cheap...what I don't like about this multi effect pedal (along with NUX 100, Mooer GE100, etc) is the very simple fact that, it's very difficult to change patches quickly. With ZOOM G1xfour, yes one can save up to 5 presets, but you have to reach down and press with your fingers in order to change tones !!!!!!!!!! What???????

I loved the back and forth with similar sounds comparison. Thank you !!!
I was surprised after watching your review that you only have 148 subs you deserve way more, god speed man.
I have subbed to him now
I like the sound of G1x Zoom for the metal, coz had more some detail between of two., but i prefer The Ge100 for the better attack of drive 😊

Excellent comparison. I have both pedals and like both as they cover many of the popular patches and effects
Hey @786otube, if you had to choose just one, which would it be?
I bought all my equipment from your store. Thank you for your beautiful treatment.
Fair comparison video...But I prefer Zoom GX1 Four
Nice review of the the 2 pedals, good job!
which one is better zoom g1x on or moor ge100?
mooer all day zoom sounds like a tin can@@arpanbarua3164
To be a great comparison is necessary to compare Mooer Ge100 with Zoom G1xon. And Zoom G1xfour with Mooer ge 150.
5-minutes of an nteresting comparison, followed by 3 minutes finger thrashing and white noise. Are there no clean tones?
بسیار مفید و عالی خیلی ممنون. بین همین دوتا مونده بودم. واقعا مفید بود.❤️❤️🔥
Thanks, I bought the zoom after watching this though the mooer has a couple things I like more such as longer looper and the lessons.
i prefer the zoom tone because it sit better in the mix with that bass tone!
Already got G1XFour. Great little beast. And gonna get GE100 soon for my son... for a fraction of the price GE100 worth buying.
I will never understand why people try to compare 2 different presets, from 2 different processors, and try to make a judgement. Seems stupid to me.
interesting but hard to compare in my ears as it sounds like the EQ is so different on both effects, the mooer seems to have a huge mid range cut
Your right
It has settings for that, I think it's up to how they've set it- the one major criticism the GE100 gets is the presets aren't very good.
Good afternoon, why does the loop not align with the rhythms of the drums, is there any way to fix this?

I think I'll take zoom just because of the free software
Hi i have a question...
How to turn the mooer ge100 pedal off? Is there a power on/off switch button or you just pull off the power adapter?
thanks in advance!
The open and off sign is for the effects on customization mode,
USB connection wins!
not a fair comparison. The zoom was DOUBLE TRACKED in many parts where the Mooer was only single tracked.
What was that music in the background? It sounds like the band If These Trees Could Talk.
i have used Mooer, but the Main downside of it is when u are performing live and you switch effects, there will be a sudden stop of the sound which is really noticable especially if its a live performance. does Zoom have the same problem?

Nice video. What's the background's song name?
For metal the zoom has more distortion and its sounds heavy and the mooer sounds clean but not as heavy

Mooer's drives are very "digital", they don't simulate analog sound as well as Zoom
Please make a demo on mooer ge 100 only bro ❤🧡💙💛💜💛💜💛

I don't believe that those are the drum sounds coming out of the machine that you used for your demo
The Mooer patch seems to be mono, the Zoom is stereo. Bit of an odd comparison.
💯 I was trying to figure if that was purposely done. I know the Distortion sounds a lot better on the GE100 though.

💯 That's why I chose the GE100
I know the g1x4 is insanely hard to navigate as well
Great video!👍👌😁
Name of the song in the background ?
Whats the difference in price ?
Zoom is 30 bucks more expensive. Mooer 90, zoom 120.
The gx 100 looper is better and so is the screen and all it lacks is the computer interface maby in the future a new model could.
so should i get ge100 instead of zoom?im an indie guitar player
Can you use acoustic guitars and banjos f.eks on it ?
U can but its better if its electric
Zoom smashes it
Does it include power adapter ?
for the zoom G1Xfour nope...no idea for the Mooer though...
