If you haven't finished or thought of steering for this I maybe a custom steering box would work. Or a rack and pinion although that might be weak and have lots of bump steer. When you asked about the 4 link on the mud mower page I saw it and was wondering how it would work and actually drew up some plans but never could figure it out. Any way good luck on the build and all upcoming projects. Looks amazing and love your channel.
I’m thinking you might want the spacing up and down between the center link and outer links to be the same front and rear otherwise as the axle goes up and down it’s going to tilt forward and backward, same idea as double a arm suspension. Good work though, might not affect it too much. Looks sweet!
@@okoffroadmowers I figured, saw later in the video, doesn’t look bad at all. Keep up the great work, pushing the boundaries of off-road mowers. Love it!
Off road trucks and drag cars use that to their advantage.. ( obviously it can work against you if the geometry is wrong) I think it's called anti squat and it's used to fight squatting and push the axle into the ground under power but on something like this you can use it to make the axle tend to travel upward when you crash a wheel into something...
I discovered your channel appro ximately an hour ago and I can already tell you'll be within my top five easily. I can't understand how these algorithms work and why you're not leaps and bounds ahead in subscriptions 🤔
Keep it up guys. You remind me of myself when I was 20. Always learning and thirsty for more!
Awesome! big fan of the channel and instagram! will be getting a shirt soon
Good job man. Great hobby.
Watches first 30 seconds. Oh yeah. U earned my subscription
Looks sic! Can’t wait to see how you put the steering together.
I can say that the steering is looking to be the best out of every mower in the OKOM fleet. We are all crazy excited for testing in the next few weeks

just a cool idea, is when you get the shocks and everything in, you should do limiting straps on the axil
Yep will have some on forsure
@@okoffroadmowers also, if it needs it, have you thought about doing sway bars on the front?
Can you do a video on how you made the tow hitch on musty I want to put one on mine

It’s very Minimal tilt with the setup! I do get what you mean though, will not affect the performance of the setup.

Thanks appreciate it! Will continue to push those boundaries!

I know I get that a lot! Not sure either :/
Why not a 4 link?
