- This Is Probably The Weirdest Buff I've Ever Seen In BTD6 / Bloons TD 6 - in what is probably the most out of the left field balance change, striker jones can now buff non bomb or mortar towers! Can we black border one of the newer expert maps with the new striker synergies?

Using anything other than Sauda for Glacial Trail its an expert. Sauda start really simplifies a LOT of the pain of the early game
I love using tech bots with Striker Jones, more specifically the Octojones skin

a tip for the chimps start. if you put the first druid on strong and upgrade to 0 1 0 you can clear the first two rounds with it, allowing you to place a tower on round 8, so those two are never frozen at the same time.

Do you think the Strikers range bonus would increase the maximum possible Monkeyopolis? (Without the pool stacking glitch)
Probably not since it has to be close to the village, and Geraldo has range buffing items in the shop and doesnt have to be close to the village
@@gabrielbarron7667 well, you can also use both, and I would guess the 5% from striker would apply after all the other bonuses
@@gabrielbarron7667 I remember See Invisibility working on Village but it doesn't seem so anymore. It works on Primary Expertise and Monkeyopolis but not Monkey City, which is what needs the range buff

darn i think the devs are changing alot of things up to make the game fell more polished and add new balance changes so far there kinda of to a crazy start

I could see like NK implementing a frostbite effect on the tower 5 rounds before the freeze, and a partial freeze effect the round before the tower is disabled as indicators for the full freeze.
with that change you'd have 3 times more stuff to remember

I rushed to BB this map before the inevitable corvus nerf. Very glad I did given that SotF change as well!
Strat was corvus, heli (205), SoTF (150), super brittle (510) and mortar (023 -> 024) for camo detection. The most difficult round was none of the usual candidates like 63 or 98, but rather round 58, as the heli was asleep on rounds ending in 7 and 8.
As ISAB fought the fraud Glacial Trail he began to open his domain I Suck At Battles. As the map shrunk back in fear ISAB said "Stand proud. You're strong. But nah I'd win".

Would have liked to see a maim on last or better stalling with shove to maximize spikes on that game you died. Probably could have lived with "max spikes" and would have been an even crazier showcase
I was so shook when I saw that the perma spike failed, it was like seeing a terrible car accident or seeing someone die in front of my face, for like 2 minutes afterwards I felt so weird lol

0:28 I don't get it, what's pierce cap? How would any of us realize whether it's pierce capped or not?
the pierce of a tower is how many bloons that the projectile can hit(ie if it has a pierce of 4 that projectile can hit 4 bloons before disappearing) which is the pierce cap(the pierce and pierce cap of a tower is the same). You know if it is pierced cap if you look at the damage the tower does per shot where if it is a tower that does one damage and has four pierce and each shot the tower does it does four damage you know that it is using all four pierce and is pierce capped.

I Agree ISAB with the QoL update on this map when they tell you what round/rounds it would be frozen for!!
Perma spoke soloes the bad with like 2 or 3 rounds of spikes
Hey isab if you ever see this, i would like you to do a comparison. If you still have or can get the mod that let's you get a 5-5-5 monkey (ultimate cross-pathing) then i would like to see what's better, a 5-5-5 monkey or a level 1 paragon of that monkey. Then you can do a max buff 5-5-5 and compare it to a max level paragon or use the mod that allows you to set the paragon level to whatever you want. You don't have to, I'm just curious which is better.
I believe other RUclipsrs have done this before, but still a cool video idea
It depends on the 555 monkey and the paragon. 555 spac does better than any level 1 paragon, and does better than some level 100 paragons such as dart on a map without bounces. In short, there is way too much to compare and way too many things that affect how a tower does.

I haven't played in a while, so how do 205 and 025 Perma Spike compare now?
I'm assuming the reason you went 205 instead of 025 was because of being unable to fit an MIB or Alch in with it, is that wrong?
I think 205 has better dps overall with attack speed buffs
2-0-5 is slightly better when unbuffed, but 0-2-5 is better with alchbuff or other additive buffs. The striker buff is percentage based, so it does not influence preferred crosspath. Both crosspaths are really close though.

What does that text even mean? Both are upgraded the same so how did you mess up the comparison?
And what does it even mean to forget to pierce cap smth? Grammatically I mean. The pierce cap is how many bloons the tower can pierce, so how can you pierce cap a tower? I don't get how "pierce cap" can be used as a verb.
pierce cap is used as a verb pretty commonly when it comes to btd6. When a tower gets pierce capped, that means its pierce is being completely consumed by bloons. This can be a good thing if you want to max out a tower's popping power, but it can also be a bad thing because it means that some bloons are getting past without a scratch

Sure, sometimes it didn't, but about half of the time it's shuriken was completely consumed from what I saw 🤔

Jones permaspike is still a meme, corvus or brickell would still be far better permaspike heroes.
I think apache prime would be more notable with the buff since it doesn't really have a "best hero"

So, let me explain again Isab: To get a "Black Border" on a map you need to have ALL the medals on that map, not just the black CHIMPS medal. And no, you can't call the medal a "Black Border" because the medal itself has a small black outline around it, those are different, and everyone already uses the term "Black Border" to refer to the map itself and not the medal, so it would be just confusing to continue calling the medal incorrectly. Please say "Black Medal" instead of "Black Border" in your videos where you are not planning to actually get every single medal on a map.
