Most reliable engines ever. I owned one for 7 years, and drive it to 430'000km... Rust killed it, engine still going. Had to say gdbye to it and send it to the yard in the end.
The P11 Primera may have been as dull as dish water outside, but they were great cars to drive because Nissan spent the development budget where it really matters rather than on unnecessary styling fripperies. I had a 1.6 Si for quite a while until it snapped its' timing chain (not a common issue, but a batch were built with sub-standard chains, and it seems mine missed the recall while it was owned by a large leasing company) and it was fantastic, economical, pretty long legged on the motorway while being very able to cover ground on A and B roads far more quickly than you'd ever imagine. Really great cars...
nice, i own a red primera GT with a gtse gull leather interior and i also have a p11 144 full beige leather with powered driver seat and both front seats heated. curently i have a power sunroof in storage, stil missing parts, the roof panel, and the ruber ring which closes the window off when shut. cant seem to find them anywhere so i wont be using that one for a while
Just bought one of these mate. Green GT with 118k. Looking forward to getting it on the road in 2 weeks. Seems easy to work on too, well my neighbour said that as hes doing some bits n pieces on it. Great car for peanuts i think👍
I have a primera p11 too but is not the gt version , it is 2.0 TD 90cv, u know where could find the GT bumper? I love it and is really dificult to find
Love P11 GT
Great cars
Ton of fun to drive
I can't wait to get my original P11 GT back on the road.
Great cars I own a 1998 gt le with the sr20ve engine, love it to bits
Yeah I still love the GT. I have my original GT that I bought in 1998, but this red one will he sold. Just failed MOT 😫
My old car! Can’t believe you sold it back to the guy i bought it from. How cool
Yeah I didn’t get on with the lowered suspension so decided to go back to a std one.
I bought this silver primera like 5 days ago, it’s rough very rough
@@jenX100 it wasn’t great when I had it back in 2019. Good luck and enjoy

Yeah I still have my original one which I’d like to get fixed. Main issue is rust.

Yep fully agree. Both the P10 and P11 are still great cars to drive by modern standards.
I have a P10 2.0LX too which I did a video on recently.
Hi I had one of these Primera Gt saloons many years ago in the gorgeous bronze colour a fantastic car I wiouldnt mind finding another one!!!
You hardly see a bronze one now.

Nice! let me know how you get on.
I bought a 1998 GT in 2006, still have it but it's been off the road since 2014.
Peter Watson nice!! I’ve had my other GT since 1998 (it was 6 weeks old when I got it), but it’s also been off the road for about 6 years now.
i own a 1996 nissan primera camino with the sr20de japan engine thoughts on this as mine completely stock i was thinking to put a pod filter on it.
A filter will make it sound nice but unlikely to give any real power gains on its own.

They are becoming very hard to find these days as the GT is so rare.
Hi Neil is this car for sale? Cheers J
Hi J. Yes it was sold last year already.
Hermosos
Thank you
I also have a black one will upload some new picture to npoc
Excellent. I’m active on the NPOC FB page too.
What’s the specs on the gt?
You mean as standard, or the one of the ones in the video?
Primera remember them well . Are you glad you made the swap ?
Watford Fc Yes it’s a lot nicer to drive, but will need some paint correction.
