Sir I'm also facing same type of issue today I'll get only trash Tv pannel of Panasonic and i had ordered samsung 32inch tv
I hv purchased la pala diva dinner set Amazon send me broken pieces and very less pieces 33 pieces shown send me only 17 pieces l hv complaint in customer care 3 time after returning process but delivered boy come and not pick up the product every time hv new execuses not all pieces not broken. I hv all the condition told in customer care inspite of this Amazon not returning the product. La pala dinner set should not purchased online packaging is very very poor I want to go in court where should I go
Mere sath bhi Amazon ne fraud Kiya he. I have lost my 1600 RS. When I asked for refund the customer service talked very rudely. And denied to give my refund. So I asked them to give my old product which the delivery boy was taken in return. But they said they disposed that. How's that possible. I request everybody please don't buy from Amazon. Amazon is unsafe.

BHAIYA PLEASE HELP ME WITH IT..I have ordered a realme pad tablet in summer sale last week worth Rs 11999. But received a old damaged mobile phone. But i haven't panicked but trusted amazon and raised a ' wrong item received ' support case. They told they will investigate and updated me after few days. But when i called them after the given time, they told they are not able to provide any further support regarding this order. I felt worst and regreted because one of my friend experienced same thing and adviced me to order from Flipkart, but i didn't listen to him and ordered from Amazon itself as i am old customer and having so much of trust on amazon. But in the end i have left with no resolution from this company. So please i request whoever is reading this review to stop ordering from amazon. Believe me Flipkart is so much better from Amazon. Because they have this open box delivery concept. So no chance of happening frauds.

I purchased a tab worth 15370 ,and Amazon says money is successfully transferred to your account,but the money didn't reflected in my account within time mentioned by them, then I called customer care center to provide me with refund reference number (RRN)...But the are not providing the number . however I lost 15370 rupees completely ...no action.
