I had ordered a woofer for Rs. 4999 from Amazon. I have returned the original item but Amazon customer care people are saying that they have received the wrong item and hence cannot give a refund. I have complained to NCH, a notice was also issued from there yesterday. I also have an audio recording of the delivery pickup agent in which he has clearly stated that he has picked up the original item from my address. Are there any chances of getting a refund?

Had to literally record the calls and logde complaint in cybercrime, when a senior executive promised for a refund. Yet the refund came after another set of multiple calls to them. It's a fraud scam they're running online under the platform. Extremely pathetic services!
