И вообще всё станки времён начала СССР. У нас такие в школе стояли. Самое удивительное что им удаётся продавать такой товар.

I used to make flange axles for John Deere in the 70's. We were way more advanced even back then, then these guys. Have to wonder how many get injured doing this work.
There's so much double and triple handling in this country. They make more work for themselves than there really needs to be. Not to mention the constant bending they do that isn't required.
MFtractors that were made in UK certainly didn't make any of their machines in this way. This is the way of engineering of the 1800s not in a modern factory.MF equipment is manufactured on some of the best systems and equipment that is available

Se nota stranamente hanno utensili porta inserto che, in caso di rottura, gli inserti possono essere sostituiti senza dover ritarare tutto.
Per il resto, se una gola di scarico non è precisa al centesimo e neppure al millimetro non cambia nulla, così come non cambia nulla per il millerighe che in qualsiasi caso lavora solo parzialmente nel foro scanalato e viene registrato, dove serve precisione (non in questo caso sicuramente) con piattello lavorato a specchio e viti di spinta. Fare lavorazioni manuali al centesimo di millimetro su certe cose è solo una perdita di tempo. La flangia esterna di fissaggio per esempio, se ha qualche centesimo in più o in meno non si lamenta, tanto serve solo per fissarla con delle viti.

Сделано хорошо и с достаточной для этого точностью. Кондуктор, делительная головка - все что нужно присутствует. Видно что выпуск детали серийный. Ну со скидкой на некоторые моменты. Что тут цепляются до измерительных инструментов непонятно. Для выпуска серии станки можно по упорам настроить и пользоваться только калибрами. Проходит/не проходит. Это бортовой редуктор гусеничного трактора, на всякий случай
Дак если у него станок по упорам настроен, зачем ему линейка? А грязные детали в токарный патрон это норм? Не говорю уже про люфт на шлицах, когда они в конце видео надели шестерню на вал. По факту берут говно и палки и делают из него говно и палки, но другой формы.

Nah man, if you wear gloves and the gloves get caught in spinning equipment then you can say bye bye to your entire hand, maybe more. No gloves seems counterintuitive but it is the safer option for a lot of this work
By seeing how easily it machines after forging it appears to be low carbon steel. In that section thickness hardening would be next to impossible. Good enough for farm equipment in the third world.
They're using anchor chain that has been cut up from ships that have been scrapped. There is a huge ship breaking industry there. Cheap labor and no environment regulation. Everything you see built in videos like this is out of ship steel of one type or another.
This kind of sweatshop work ain't for me. I'll stick to my air conditioned home watching these guys with a cold Heinekin in my hand ! Or two ,or three ,or............!
If i was the customer I would be disgusted to see how these axle's are just thrown to the floor. On some of them you can clearly see damage on them where they have been thrown to the floor and hit against another axle.

after you've done 10,000 of them you can eyeball them

My workshop base is concrete, with 3/4" shuttering ply on the surface. If I drop something, it dents the floor, not the part.
You'r wrong - what you see is 2.floor.
Move this piles of dirt and you'll find 1. floor cemented.

My grandfather had one of those old reciprocating hacksaws in his machine shop. I thought that everybody used band saws nowadays.
No...they are still very common in fabrication shops etc. but indeed band saws are more the norm now. As well as circulair saws.

Mo has always given my the full shaft if I request it. These metals are a specific combination for heat reduction, balance and strength.
