- A lot of people have been troubled by this question and are worried if their work experience will be considered valid since their salary was paid in cash.

Ministerial Instructions governing the express entry under Section 25 (1) define eligible foreign work experience as :
Foreign work experience
25 (1) For the purposes of sections 23 and 24, foreign work experience is work experience that
(a) is acquired by a foreign national outside Canada in one or more occupations listed in Skill Type 0 Management Occupations or Skill Level A or B of the National Occupational Classification matrix;
(b) consists of full-time work experience, or the full-time equivalent for part-time work experience, with one or more employers;
(c) is acquired within the 10-year period preceding the day on which points are assigned to the foreign national under section 23 or subsection 24(1); and
(d) is remunerated by the payment of wages or a commission.

Is it must that company's email address or company's website should mention on letterhead?
My company hasn't an email address or own website. It has 15 employees and we supply our material to local market only.

While I was doing my Masters in the USA, I was hired on campus as an Electrical engineering Graduate Assistant for Electrical engineering department. BUT, my jobs and responsibilities were more of installing, operating, repairing and maintaining computers, photocopiers and printers and other electronic stuff for the department because they know I have the skills.
In fact, I did most of installing, repairing and maintaining electronics stuff like computers and photocopiers and printers for the department of engineering for 2 years (Part-time, 20hrs/wk)
My question is that can I claim the NOC 2242 ? which is:
2242 - Electronic service technicians (household and business equipment), even though my job title is a grad assistant?

I have been working in an organization from 2014 to till now but in between that, I have done my full time masters degree in 2018-2020 while working full time. Can I skip my work experience and show education only at the period of studying, but PF and IT were there.
Asking for sister. She has around 2years 10 months experience as of now! During her initial 15 months work experience, she was working on cash & was also running her tutions coaching centre. The salary was in cash and that's why she did not declare it in tax ITR and computation of income. But she paid taxes for the income she generated from coaching centre.. The tax records have no info about her income generated from salary in cash..

Hi, my wife is the main applicant. She is currently not employed. She worked in a Medical Hall firstly as a Pharmacy Technician for 3 years and then as a Pharmacist at the same place for few months. And yes she used to get paid in cash. Now I am worried about the verification process because firstly, she is not working there due to the current pandemic situation. Hi Sir, is this statement true for Canada Express Entry? Whether it is CEC or FSW any kind of work done while you are a full-time student won't be counted.

It's like having two supervisors, one from each organization. Reference letter will be as per IRCC.

@@AskKubeir Thanks. I can prove the payment of salary by only showing credit into my account in my bank statements. I'm afraid, there is no such official agreement between the two organizations. If the director of an organization is certifying that the employee worked here and received x amount of salary for his employment, do you see any benefit in mentioning anywhere (either on reference letter itself or LOE) that he got salary into his bank account from the other organization?

1. I managed to get reference letters from all 3 companies in which i had worked except from current employer because my profile is still in EE pool. Haven't got the ITA, CRS 449

Hi Kubeir sir, my job experience is from 2010-2014.
1) I don't have any income tax return document for that time.
2) I had been paid by cash without pay sleep, but last 6 months before I resigned got the salary through bank, as the company started paying salary through bank account. That means, I can provide only a salary certificate from company for the entire period of job and a bank statement of last six months do they work sir?
