I was married for 20 years it was coming to an end on the week of our 20 yr anniversary, she found out she had stage 3 ovarian cancer on that same day NEVER DID I THINK ABOUT LEAVING HER IN THAT ALONE. I stayed and swallowed my pride and made her as comfortable as humanly possible. She lived 5 years 4 months after the diagnosis and I never left her side. THATS WHAT A REAL MAN IS IN MY OPINION...

Hat off to you sir.nobody deserve to be left alone in that situation. My first wife was 17 years older than me, In what age had nothing to do with it?. I still love that woman and you. My folks loved her to death.. She was a great woman that helped me out. Bunch of stuff in the life I was leading. October 96 she had heart surgery. She had a valve replacement run repaired and 1 replaced. I took her down to her daughter's place down in Missouri Third week July and I was gonna go down that far on weekend for my birthday.. They took her hospital, and they just said that she just had an alergic reaction to something in the garden. I got down there, July 26th. And it was like she was on her death bed, then already. They diagnosed her with STAPH A infection on 3 valves in her heart. I didn't earn to the hospital July 26th that day before my birthday. She then passed away September 13th.. Not once did I ever think about leaving her?. Love and miss at women. Yet today she was a great woman and her legacy still lives on. I still have 2 step kids, grandkids and even great grandkids that I love to do this day.

Lizzy, I am 30 years old and was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer two days ago. My biopsies showed cancer in my lymph nodes, just had a CT scan to see if it's spread to other parts of my body 💔😢 I wouldn't wish this on anyone, I'm on this horrible journey with you and I'm praying for you 🙏

If you truly love your husband or wife, as it may be, you will stand by them until death do you part, as you agreed to in your marriage voys! I stood by mine! She had five heart bypasses at age forty! She had three open heart surgeries, appendicitis, gall bladder removed, and a hysterectomy, and I lost her on Dec. 13, 2017, I still love snd miss her so! We were married 53 yrs!😢

Lizzy, I'm so proud of you, you're strength, courage! I have been down this ruff road myself. It's very hard on patient, along with family, friends. A Lot of people don't understand, it can be tuff. I'm still pushing myself to do things staying busy. I do get winded pretty easily,but we're still able to do what I love,,, Drag Racing. As I tend to hide in shade, more now than before,still enjoying friendship at my home facility Summit Motorsports Park here in Ohio. People can be curle and not know it. As I was offered help in beginning ( disability) I refused. Told them I had to work,and raise my son. But I wasn't aware of how ruff life was going to get . After 1 yr. Kemo 3 times a week. I made it through. Was still struggling with work, not being accepted,picked on and loosing jobs. Well 20 yrs later here I am taking to you. Thanks to My Mom,Dad, both for believing in me and all help and support they gave me. Anyway, lots of Love from the heart,to you and family. God Bless you!. It's going to be ok. My sister had a brain tumor and she had 4 surgery s over the years and with all the fighting cancer has been pu t out to remission and she is doing great so I known that if one can beat it that had all but living in has won the race l know you can do please your not alone just ask for help and you will get it that is a fact love you long time Bud

I just want to say this little piece she at at a point in. Her Life that everything is exhausting and challenge to do Compassion and understanding is all that needs to be in this relationship right now if you feel that you are being done wrong and not being treated to full potential you. Think you need to be treated in the relationship. Step back and think about the one who is sick for a moment. Is it you or is it her. I took chemo in the early 90s and I'm here to tell You it was nothing nice. You don't want nobody touching you you don't want to move You don't want nothing just sleep Is all you wanna do. It's easy for people to walk away that are not sick and having to take the treatments. And at this point of time when she needs you and you walk away. Somebody's gonna walk away from you in your life I pray that you reflect on this moment so that you were not to judge anybody with hate. Good luck in life kye
