Animas Forks to Ouray, Dirtbike, XR650L

Full length video of my trail run from Animas Forks to Ouray running mountain roads 17 and 18. This section of trail is sometimes grouped with Engineer Pass or Poughkeepsie Gulch.

I know this man has passed away in a tragic accident, but I'm hoping his children look at these and remember the great man their father was. His driving skill on these rough trails/roads make it look so very easy which highlights his skill all the more. RIP Mr. Goff!

Such spectacular scenery! Even if I lived out that way I'd never do that ride as I don't like heights. But wow, what an adventure. Great video, nice bike!

I don't know what the official name is for them. I called them mountain groundhogs. They are everywhere.
