I don't typically ride with others, but I did a group ride recently and found it was very difficult to do any filming other than from the helmet, and stopping to take in the views wasn't realistic. I was one of the new guys though and someone else was the longtime filming guy. I didn't feel right about stopping to even change out my GoPro battery. So, there's advantages for sure with riding with a group, but disadvantages as well. How do you handle that?
I set up our GoPros with 256gb SD cards and I plug them into a mini battery brick that I keep in my backpack or pocket. This allows us to record all day without replacing batteries or missing important action. It has changed everything for the better. We have drones as well. But we didn't want to mess with them on this trip. We just wanted to hit record and ride all day long. And we got some awesome stuff.
Wow, stunning country/trails. On my bucket list. Thanks for sharing.
Great trails. Greetings from Vietnam.
Thank you for watching!!
