Glen's wife, Kim, was so flaming jealous when this song came out. She claimed they dated for a "hot minute" actually it was much longer than that. Thank you Tanya for sharing your beautiful memories with us and you have every right.
He never looked at Kim the way he looked at Tanya. And Kim appeared out of nowhere - then a sudden marriage and baby. Very very strange... I don't buy the PR bs. Kim finally showed her true colors to the world keeping his oldest kids away once he was locked away in a nursing home. That's not love - that's control. Not something a decent person would do - much less a flag waving "christian". Strange how his mega fortune, and his oldest kids trust funds disappeared, too... Love never dies, and eternity is a looong time. Love you Tanya.
Kim was a really vile person. Hindered relationships with his older kids as she put him in an assisted living home. Refused to let them see her with her being there. Vile doesn't cut it.
How much better if Kim could have been more gracious than petty and acknowledged your relationship ❤️🔥with Glen. After all, we know they were married and had children together. You weren’t taking any of that away. How sad she couldn’t give you what you had with Glen. I’m sorry for her and for you. 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️😬 Beautiful song and a great generosity to donate to Alzheimer’s. All my moms siblings died of Alzheimer’s! My mom and her closest sister died in the same week of it! My aunt died Monday and my mom died Friday of Alzheimer’s! My moms family was very large like most in that time in America. Well over thirteen I think and several toddlers buried young to now curable diseases like measles and chicken pox. I know way more about Alzheimer’s than I care to and I love Tanya and her big ole heart. Our paths crossed when we were all barrel racing in rodeos along with Reba too! Tanya wears that heart on her sleeve and would do anything for anyone! Tanya way outclasses Kim and Tanya’s right that should have been her with Glen.
They will reunite in heaven where they will continue there love forever no one will judge them with the lord watching over them🎉
They made such a beautiful couple..too bad the drugs and alcohol ruined their love..loved this video and Tanya's musical tribute to Glenn..😢❤🎉

Amen to that, for his Christian friends or fans to say she didn't have the right to release a song about him and that it was injurious or thoughtless to his family, just shows what fakers they all are.

How would you feel if you were the widow? If it's not thoughtless or injurious, what would you call it? Tacky at best. Look. We are wanted these Glen and Tanya to work out - until the craziness of drugs and alcohol ended up weighing more than the good. So they didn't live happily ever after. And at least one of them moved on.
@@mortalclown3812 I don't understand how writing a song about an old love, and appreciating and remembering a relationship that happened some 40 years ago, is injurious and hurtful to the current wife. Everybody knows it happened, their love was celebrated by the public. It was short lived, supposedly he had so much more with Sarah. As long as she didn't make it sound like they were currently having a secret affair, I don't understand what that's taking from the current wife. When someone dies, lots of people want to come forward and express their remembrances and appreciation for that person. In the entertainment world, sometimes that means having a song written about them.

I have no pity for the wife is she didn't let Glenn's other kids see their daddy when he was sick. She doesn't seem like a very nice person Christian or not.

What a beautiful tribute to the love of her life. I don't find this disrespectful. She wasn't his mistress at the the time of his death. Personally, I would of let her see him. I had an ex boyfriend who had terminal cancer. We stayed friend's. I called the girlfriend that he had after me to let her know. What mattered the most to me was that he felt loved. It didn't matter who it was.

The first time I heard this song I cried like a baby. I bet Glenn was her first true love as I don't think you ever quit loving the first one. I remember when Glen and Tanya were together and their photo was on one of the popular magazines. I remember this was the time when Glen had the beard. Tanya said in one of the interviews that Glen introduced her to cocane? Before we saw Glen and Tanya together we thought Geln was this squekie clean down home country boy. I just lost my grandfather last year 2 days before Christmas I was raised by my grandfather I did not have a mom or dad, So when I love my grandfather it was like loosing a grandfather and a dad at the same time, when I lost my grandfather it was one of the most hardest things to deal with and now I am still dealing with his death and I do have them days where it is hard and hard to deal with.

For those who say this was wrong of her to make this video and song, look at the state of his family now..as soon as he was in the ground, his wife began a feud with his children (children from previous marriages) over his estate. And supposedly his wife kept those children from seeing him when he was ill. So whose apparently in the wrong?
