Great episode! I just signed up for PDS after a breakup with a fearful avoidant. The entire relationship was complete emotional chaos and triggered my anxious attachment in ways I’ve never experienced. It’s weird because he didn’t want to be in a relationship, but it feels like the dynamic is that I broke up with him because I won’t remain friends or whatever it is that his ever changing wants are from day to day. I had to hard block because he won’t stop contacting me and is now acting out and went from not wanting to be in a relationship with anyone to now dating like a mad man because I hurt his feelings. It’s unfair and I don’t want to live like this going forward. Looking forward to making better decisions on the people I choose to have in my life going forward.

If he’s dating I say let him date. If he truly wss as bred to be back with you he’d stop the serial dating and start putting the work in with you, although it seems you’ve moved on.

Is there really no other comments on this? The PDS channel is so popular, I'm surprised this isn't more active.

because she doesn't add anything to the depth of this podcast. I thought he talked really honestly and clearly about the details of an avoidant personality. Pfffff, they are difficult, aren't they?
