Definitely watch it when you can. It's one of my favorite, and I've easily seen every episode 5 times.
It's a pretty good anime, there's some issues though. Is it worth watching? Yes. But is it the greatest anime ever like people are saying? No. There's a TON of plot holes and bad writing in it, but also good writing in it as well. It's worth watching, but don't expect it to be the best thing ever.
