I'm just merely saying that in terms of developing story the manga had it way better by developing the characters way more than it did in the anime and that the ending for the anime feels rushed and the manga has a better ending

If the anime had been as epic (constantly) as the opening was, then it definitely woulda been one of my favorites. But sadly the manga did not get the justice it deserved.
Idk, Fma was bad, Fmab is awesome, on another note, soul eater despite being kind of old was AWESOME and is still better than most of the recent animés, it doesn't need a new animé to make it justice, I belive the manga go beyond the animé so the should animation this instead of remaking it
@@rayanson2795 They can't, the anime adaptation changed a lot of things from the source material. They'd either have to do an anime original storyline or remake it from scratch. And since we've seen how well that worked out for FMAB, I'd love for the same thing to happen with Soul Eater. It would really deserve it.

The anime only adapted 30% of the story. It never reached the insane Arcs and stuff that happens in the remaining 70% of the manga. I highly highly recommend to read it.

I always love being reminded of Soul Eater's existence. They really should give it a new season or two. The anime diverted really far from the manga not even halfway through, so there's still plenty of Soul Eater content that could be animated.
sadly, the creator said fire force is gonna be his last manga and he quite being a mangaka, i think we wont get something that deserved to be called the continuation of soul eater

I STILL pop off to this just over 10 years later. The Soul Eater soundtrack as a whole is exclusively just absolute BANGERS to this day! As a kid around 8 or 9 years old, I was so absolutely OBSESSED with Resonance specifically that I'd look up the lyrics to the song in Romaji so I'd learn the words to the song, and every single morning at 7am, when everyone in my home would still be sleeping, I'd grab a broom, go to an open area in my home's dining room and start twirling said broom around as if it were a Scythe , occasionally pretending to do attack moves while loudly singing Resonance. No doubt that pissed off members of my household at the time tho, but I was a kid having the time of my life while thinking no one could hear me.

I absolutely love this anime, although despite that, I do feel the ending was a little rushed and handled better in the manga. Maka being a weapon/meister hybrid was completely out of left field, and I'm pretty sure it defies basically everything about Soul Eater.

I remember recently kidnapping my friend to watch soul eater (cause she is so busy she usually doesnt have time and forgets) we made plans to hang out at my house. Anyway as the opening came on i was clumsily singing it (ive watched soul eater since i was a kid so yeah....) My friend was looking at me astonished and my mom poked her head in in surprise, i asked why they were looking at me weirdly they said, " you were actually singing along? Singing the Japanese song?" I didnt sing right at all and i dont see what was wrong with singing along with one of your favorite songs. Anyway, it was embarrassing for me that they saw and hear me mumbling to myself 😂😂

But in my opinion the animation and story is excellent and the music is as well,as you just heard from the first Opening "Resonance." But it does actually have some pretty funny stuff and humor in it ad well. Like the whole bit with Excalibur for instance. Or that one time BlackStar done got kicked in the nuts really hard by a little girl as just a couple of examples.....😏

Then you should watch Soul Eater NOT! after you are done with Soul Eater. Its not really an actual continuation of Soul Eater,BUT most of the original characters make at least one or two appearances in it. Maka and Soul actually make several appearances in it.

I absolutely love this anime, although despite that, I do feel the ending was a little rushed and handled better in the manga. Maka being a weapon/meister hybrid was completely out of left field, and I'm pretty sure it defies basically everything about Soul Eater.

I remember recently kidnapping my friend to watch soul eater (cause she is so busy she usually doesnt have time and forgets) we made plans to hang out at my house. Anyway as the opening came on i was clumsily singing it (ive watched soul eater since i was a kid so yeah....) My friend was looking at me astonished and my mom poked her head in in surprise, i asked why they were looking at me weirdly they said, " you were actually singing along? Singing the Japanese song?" I didnt sing right at all and i dont see what was wrong with singing along with one of your favorite songs. Anyway, it was embarrassing for me that they saw and hear me mumbling to myself 😂😂

@@HelloKitty-147 That really is just too bad,because you truly are missing out. Sure, Soul Eater can be pretty serious,dark and sometimes possibly even brutal and horrifying show with some blood. But in my opinion the animation and story is excellent and the music is as well,as you just heard from the first Opening "Resonance." But it does actually have some pretty funny stuff and humor in it ad well. Like the whole bit with Excalibur for instance. Or that one time BlackStar done got kicked in the nuts really hard by a little girl as just a couple of examples.....😏

Then you should watch Soul Eater NOT! after you are done with Soul Eater. Its not really an actual continuation of Soul Eater,BUT most of the original characters make at least one or two appearances in it. Maka and Soul actually make several appearances in it.
