Aw thank you for these kind words. I’m so glad you enjoyed. So each astrological sign is associated with a different part(s) is the body. Aquarius rules the shins, calves, and ankles so I wanted to include some poses that would bring awareness to those parts of the body. The ankle connection pose was Boddha Konasana or cobbler’s pose, which stretches the groin, hips, low back, etc. I hope that helps? Holding the ankles (instead of the arches of the feet) was a way to anchor in and physically connect with the ankles. Let me know if you have more questions or if I should go into more detail. :) thanks for being here, sis. 🙏🏽
