I absolutely love these slow flows. They are perfect to do any time of day. The opening & closing of this session was beautiful, it allowed me to unwind & really connect. Reaping wheat was the neatest new move for me. I was so excited about it that I had to show my husband "my new cool yoga move I learned". I just love it! It flowed so effortlessly with my breath during the session and made me feel powerful at the same time - like a super hero landing or something haha!! Then, the barn owl move after - what beautiful pairing! I truly loved this session so much, that I came back to do it again today! Happy full moon and happy harvest too!
