We celebrate the energy from the season and harness it for our practice on the mat. We go with the transition from summer to fall with the crisp air temperatures as it gets cooler. We look for the rooted vegan tables in the grocery or farmer’s markets to ground own. And we look to the Harvest….. Looking back to the beginning of 2024 to celebrate the fruits of our labor and decide what we wish to carry forth and what we want to let go of that stands in our way to being the best versions of ourselves. There are only 99 day left till 2024 ends‼️🙏💚
Wow I think I have a new favorite yoga channel ❤ I loved this sequence so much and my favorite pose was dancing mushroom 🍄 I also really enjoyed harvest moon tree 🌕🌳 the reading at the end made me tear up for some reason 🥹 I live in a place where it’s always hot except in January so it was nice to visualize fall how I remember it growing up during this practice ✨🍁✨

Goodness I have missed you. I haven't been practicing any weight bearing poses since an serious ankle/leg injury back in May that continues to heal in a slow and steady way. And for some reason haven't gotten any updates of your new classes. Been kind of in a healing portal. I look forward to seeing if there are any recent restorative practices
