I don’t even own a hyundai and sat the whole 17 minutes watching this. This are the type of videos that I love. No beating around the bush, just straight to business
Next time you replace the high pressure fuel pump there's a trick you can do so you don't spill gas all over the place. You pull the relay for the fuel pump. Start the car and let it idle for usually takes about 3 to 4 minutes until it runs out of gas in the HPFP. The pressure side will still have a few drops of gas in it. Lot less of a chance though of accidentally blowing yourself up lol
I have had my N75 stage 1 tune for about a year and a half and I couldn't be happier with it. I also got the 7K Redline and the tune is on a separate ECU. In eco mode I'm still able to get 40 MPG Highway.
good video. fyi the car has an onboard dyno. go into your settings and click on power. it will show you what power, torque and psi you are making. most likely, you are pushing around 25 psi on that set up.
Mine does the same when the A/C is on, but only on ECO & Normal. Daniel could probably raise the RPM's on idle to dial that out. I've had it for about 25k, but I drive on either Sport or N modes so haven't reach out either. 🤣 I run 265/35/18 or 255/40/18 lowered on Korean spec Storm springs. Still have the stock tires on Veloster N 19's as well & those fit no issues also.
This was done all wrong. No clocking the engine so the tapit had the clearance for torqing down bolts. HPF line was not replaced, hyundai says the HPF line needs to be replaced every time because its a one time use part.
for the hpfp i understand hyundai says to replace it but there's a lot of people that don't and run into no issues. however by him "doing something different" he didn't do the install right by not pulling the fuse and letting the car die out. party boi and ndriverkg both did the install that way and they've had no issues
@@ItsPaulby I did do the increased rev limiter aswell, Daniel sent me a no rev limit tune to try that didn’t upshift but obviously thats no good for longevity of the engine. I don’t mind the auto upshift to much but once I go to the track tomorrow Ill see how I feel about it
Great video,.going to be stage 2 as well, Daniel is great to work with. I went with the spare cpu, can you explain what you mean by sending logs? I want to get an EK1, but dont think it works yet on N 24
When you took off and you were saying " 1st gear spinning , still spinning ....etc " Why don't you back off the throttle a touch and play with the throttle when you have traction loss? Instead just keeping it pegged to the floor. Play with the throttle and manipulate that throttle till you get traction . That's what I would try to play around with anyway. Cheers and enjoy the car
@@Beezy_Builds there’s no torque converter in our DCT. So when you brake boost, you’re basically slipping your DCT clutches and could lead to premature wear and damages. Our clutches and TCU just weren’t meant to brake boost.
Allegedly n75 is working on a rolling anti lag that can be mapped to the ngs button. Supposedly doesn’t increase wear on powertrain and eliminates need for brake boosting

@Beezy_Builds you can only do this after 10 or more minutes of driving, and while the car is parked. Good luck. ✌🏽
Isn’t it capped out at the octane learned peak levels though from the factory? I thought it would only show up to like 20psi and 300 hp and 300 ft-lbs
@garrettprice1231 on the gage it is. Not in the power settings of the onboard dyno..it goes as high as your power, and psi goes
