Nice videos... We viewers would love to see real estate videos from other part of the country like Abeokuta, Ibadan, Ondo and the likes... Most real estate videos in Nigeria are only focused on Lagos and Abuja, it would be nice to see something different..
As a professional in the construction industry I am really getting inspired by such videos.💎
Your Q/A has improved very drastically and your confidence too Steve. Keep it up, 2022 is your year.👏👏
Thank you.. I never was used to asking people questions on videos 😂
@Steven Ndukwu Steve, the only way is up for you. You are on a brilliant trajectory in the real estate space. Your content keeps improving. You gotta start developing as soon as you are walking with the big boys.
The guy has done a really good job there, and Steve I must confess I love your channel.
Thank you Genel
Do builders /developers think of building bungalows? Most of those in the diaspora who want to come home to retire cannot climb stairs. Please show bungalows ooo 🙏🏽. Beautiful homes with big kitchens and toilets.

Great work. I love your developments but I’m from Ivory Coast and there we are missing good creative young developers like you. I have seen more than hundreds videos of so called luxury homes In my country, honestly they are bad and more expensive than Nigerian’s luxury homes. Nigerians are really good in building affordable luxury homes. I really would like to collaborate with this developer to build this types of luxury homes in Ivory Cost.
His number is below
Beautiful job for middle class people. I love the fact that locally made materials are used here. Atleast developer's are promoting their own
I believe Steven nduku is socially conscious. He ask important questions that emphasizes how real estate in Nigeria can be for Nigerians.
The developer did a great job, much love from Kenya 🇰🇪 👏
Thanks
@Eyong Modest 😭
@Eyong Modest The quality of the mansion is worth the money
Beautiful house., I am greatful that you advocating for local content,, very important ✅
This developer has excellent taste. I see his vision i was really thinking Nigeria as a place to invest. But after seeing this detailed piece of art am gonna really consider it.. I'd like to see more of his work..
The real estate market in Lagos, Nigeria is heating up with more developers springing up by the day. Nice job man, good luck. Thanks Steve for sharing.
Thanks for watching

You are doing a great job bringing these awesome content. I am so proud of this young man!
I'm actually very impressed with this developer. Very intelligent response.
So modern and sophisticated. Can’t wait to visit one day.
Awesome video bro.
He did a great job so far.
Much love from Finland 🇫🇮 ❤
Those buildings are beautiful. Very contemporary and sculptural. ❤❤❤❤🇬🇧👍🏼
Thank you so much Mr. Steven. I love your videos!
As always very beautiful development Steve, however lets support local manufacturing. I can see you are donning Kenyan wristband kudos
The house is really nice!! That 90M house dey enter my eye 😍
As an architect and someone in the business I love what am seeing, we are gradually getting there.
This is breathtakingly beautiful and such a delight to see an amazing edifice as this, I love his concept of not wanting to build prototype houses, I can never seem to understand why all the houses and developments in Nigeria looks exactly the same with such a ludicrous price tag and most of the houses looks ridiculously cheap and tacky and no attention to details on the finishings. It's such of breath of fresh air to see a developer like Eddy who is now breaking the barrier and making the difference in building specific unique designs with individual buyers in mind. I look forward to working with him soonest! Thank you Steven for all you do to bring us the VERY BEST ALWAYS 👌 👍
Mrs steve this is pure luxury, the property is not meant 4 middle income earner in Nigeria
I'm angolan and watching of Steven is so pleasurable. The editor need to receive more money. Amazing job

Wow...Africa is really rising up
Great job 👏
Excellent vid & your delivery 👏 👌 top notch ,natural yet very professional..I know this was a yr ago but a reminder of encouragement to u..Fabulous..Bravo & stay safe !!
Thank you
Key observation:
The ramp way is too steep and can only imagine the difficulty a physically challenge person will go through.( I have seeing this in lot of real estate video from Nigeria)
The entrance way
Are there any reason for not covering over the door way? because during the monsoons season water will definitely splash in the house.
That parking space is not spacious for four cars taking into consideration turning radius and driveway at random time of the day.
The entrance to the Owners suite is big red flag. Why will you want to walk that distance to enter your suite? He could have used a curtain wall panel or metal patten cladding material and remove the inner wall leading in the room to increase the room size. From my observation it's very difficult to see owners sitting in an open area like that. They are usually reserved professional individual.
I like the exterior Aesthetics and how he try to create a contemporary structure but it will be good he observed how these south Asian manage space in narrow areas(they are experts at narrow space utilization).
Excellent POP ceiling finish and kudos to the developer.
I love the designs and how he executed his visions I would love to work with him in the near future
What do you do?
@@orisanwisi6368 I work in the medical field but I would love for him to build some properties for me in the near future
Great content, as always. Keep it up, bro!!
Thank you
We be don miss ur videos..glad you are back
We are back and strong
I'm South african and my sister moved to Nigeria 2018 and I was asking her why most Nigerian properties don't have garages? She also said she doesn't know why. I have seen luxury cars parked outside in the carpot. Love your show ❤️
Most people don’t build with garage..
Kudos to the young entrepreneur 💪🏾. Much love from 🇨🇲
Thanks for watching
To hedge against climate change increased flooding , Nigerian estate developers should consider building on arches foundations. Entire streets of buildings could be built on these uniformed arched foundations that are meant for flood water to flow through and keep the house above the water. There'd have to be stairs leading from the street pavements to the front door of the house on these arched foundations. When no floods, the spaces under the arches could be used as car garage, garden, playground for kids, basket ball or football spaces, workshops, home offices and on.
I hope you’re coming to Ghana in the near future. I love your taste, by far the best development on the continent
Keep up the good work brother 💪🏿
Thank you.. I visit ghana from time to time…
Steve is all about quality.Good job brother.
Thank you
Your videos give Joy 👀👍
Wow amazing ! Not even a £350K here in the U.K. could get you these kind of good quality and nice looking homes 😂
One of the few developers that actually implements laundry room others keep washing machine in the kitchen which is rediculous
Having laundry room in the kitchen is the normal thing 💀
@@michaelanthony4949 😂😂 tell me that's sarcasm
@@haziri5118 how that’s how it is everywhere you go 💀
That is how it’s done in South Africa, London and other places
Here in the US, we have specific rooms for laundry. I know that most Nigerian houses have it in the kitchen, but tbh, it seems a bit awkward to me😅😂
Wow great job
Wow love it ❤️❤️❤️❤️
BEAUTIFUL WOW
The main entrance wooden door need the sun uv light and water proof protection through a protective laminated film otherwise it will change colour after water absorption during rainy seasons adding more varnish each year won't solve the problem. I think that house is overpriced by 25%. It is a nice house.
Beautiful work…need the names of the local vendors for doors cabinetry etc..
I'm a day one fan, it's only get better. Well done.
Thank you Oluwafemi
God bless you and prosper you. Amen
I wish the main entrance would have like a ante room that cuts the living room from the main door.
Nicely executed
Steven you need to come to Ivory Coast too. I and many Ivorians would love to see you showing what the country has to offer. Maybe this visit may help most of our developers to be more creative
Can you send me a DM on Instagram?
Nigeria are best in building luxury homes ❤️❣️🥰
I need the plan/drawings for this house. Nice house!!
Nice one Steven awesome video
Thank you
love you man
Wow nice, I am From India
Thanks for the inspiration I got. I have been an agent for almost two years but haven't made any sales yet.

Africa is here ✊🏾⚖️👑🌍
Your videos are very nicely illustrated and I understand the concept you want to get across to the masses... being creative, innovative and inspirational but I noticed the person's you promote are already educated and well invested in how to create wealth through real estate which could essentially give false hope to your viewers who want to do the same thing... meaning show some people starting from the ground up if you really want to help ones at the bottom so to speak
Thank you for the feedback, I will consider going this
I thought you would consider it... thank you for being such a humble and meek man . You will go far!!!
Hi Steven I'm coming to Ghana in a couple of months can you please recommend some nice but inexpensive airbnb in Accra? Are you from Ghana?
He’s from Lagos, nigeria
I love your videos but please please fix the volume levels because when you put music it’s too high and then when people are talking the volume is very very low

I love the architecture, how can I purchase these blueprints? Thanks for sharing this video.
You can contact him
Very Nice.. Lease Hold or Free hold?
Hi Steven. I think there is a massive opportunity in South Africa for creativity within the affordable market. It is currently filled with dull standard designs. I would like to find out whether any Nogerian developers are willing to give internships for black upcoming SA developers?
You can contact him
Very soon I'll be a real estate developer
Amen 🙏
Can you put the name and location of these units and price ?
Steven, you need to pay more attention to your audio level. Good content, there's room for improvement
Noted
WHERE are his contacts?? Steven you talked about placing them in the discription.......
It’s on there
How do I get on some of those 5 M naira... investment, interested buyer.
If you are not patronizing the few manufacturers how will the rest be motivated to produce locally
Beautiful property, where is the location of his various properties and contact?
Below the video
How does the real estate work?
Beautiful homes but not sure about the affordable part.
Steven please what's colour of floor tiles
It’s black, the ones on the outside

His contact is in the description section
A middle class Nigerian should pay 190m, you guys should continue to wow me😂😂
Higher middle class
@@StevenNdukwu I think anyone that can pay 190m for a house probably is worth half a billion or a billion naira... and that's definitely higher than upper middle class... a family worth 190m is definitely upper middle class but you don't expect all their savings/investments to be in one house?
Exactly! Middle class; it depends how you rate yourself, as for me that's right word because I am going beyond that ijn
@@akintundesamuel9007 you don't understand, Steven does. Higher middle class Nigerians may afford that, but not regular middle class.
@@iam_eddyprodigy that's my point 👍🏽
Luxury is luxury. Affordable is affordable. No such thing as, "Affordable Luxury" sir. 🤣🤣
There are affordable luxury
