- 256 days of van life: our last week in Izmir has begun. Visit with us the old town of Kemeralti and the bazaar in the former Kizlaragasi Hani caravanserai. And we visit Smyrna and the Agora, ancient Izmir from the 4th century AD.
Feel the Christmas spirit with us at the bazaar of the German-Turkish school in Izmir before we leave the city towards Çesme. Together we took the ferry to the fifth largest Greek island, Chios.
We are Petra and Christoph and we are traveling for a year with our Pössl panel van 2Win R. Our path takes us east across the Balkans, through the Caucasus and the Central Asian states of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan along the Silk Road. Every Sunday we report on our van life.

die Kosten der Fähre sehr stramm!! Wir haben im Sommer von Travemünde nach Trelleborg 136 Euro bezahlt.

wir nutzen einen mobilen WLAN-Router, um unsere Telefone und Laptops daran zu hängen, damit wir parallel ins Netz gehen können. In unserem aktuellen Film von heute findest Du den auch in der Produktliste. Für den Router haben wir in jedem Land eine physische Karte gekauft. Liebe Grüße Christoph

Hi beautyandthebeast2740, we are very glad you are onboard and enjoy our videos. Our spare part list is quite short. We had 2 fuel filter with us, engine oil, cooler liquide and some anti freeze additives. I would recommend to take some additives to clean the DPF, if you have/use one. All the rest we were sure the mechanics would find a solution in case or we would have had to order from Germany as we did not know where to begin and where to end with car parts... Best Petra
