Rob tricked Louise knowing that she was going to come and save him. True definition of taking someone’s kindness for weakness.
Scariest part is that he had that much faith the Louise cared that much, it makes me think that back to that other scene in one of the earlier episodes when Louis broke in to save Adelle (Rob) whether that was a test for the next stage of madness Rob was planning.
Well, Rob's sister basically did say he's a piece of shit. Siblings don't lie when it comes to that i guess lol
the only thing i didnt get its how louise knew she could change bodies or even enter other than her own while doing astral projection? not even the original adelle knew she could do that and only rob knew....
Louise was only kind when she wanted to be. Her selective kindness is what got her in trouble. She wasn’t kind when she was screwing a man who at the time she believed was her FRIEND’S HUSBAND.
@@IssenKai I don't think she knew. When she switched in the end, Rob took advantage of her vessel, as he did with Adele's. Rob did some researching about it with Adele and convinced her to participate.
just noticed how "adele" has "robs" cooking skills, aswell as his astroprojection colours, it shows earlier that adeles is pink and his is blue, when she projects into louise you see it as blue :O

When Rob/Adele told Louise you can only travel to places you’re familiar with perfectly explains why he walked through her WHOLE house and David’s whole office. Rob/Adele was literally EVERYWHERE and saw every intimate meeting between them. Whew 😭
And why rob walked Louise through the house and to the upstairs bedroom
Even though Louise mastered astral projection, there was a thing she didnt know. The most important one. The missing pages of the diary. That was the missing clue all allong, the ability to enter peoples body. If she knew that, she would've realized the truth and everything would be different.
Exactly !!!!
Oh wow, I thought the missing pages were of Rob writing out like a diary that he killed Adele and is now in her body etc. but your right, Louise would have never tried to Astro project herself to help Adele if she knew that her own body could be stolen.
right but if rob left that part he wouldn’t be able to successfully pull off his plan
The way she looked at Adam at the end after saying “maybe i’ve changed” staring and smiling at him for way too long- scared the living crap out of me. Adele always complains in the flashbacks that she hates being alone and hates feeling lonely. It was Rob who clearly said he wouldn't mind not having any friends ever again if he could have what Adele had. And now that he has it, he's happy. This explains why Adele keeps trying to fix the relationship. No sane person would want that kind of treatment for themselves.

Even Louise's ex-husband realized something was wrong. They seem to have amended their relationship and she was even wishing him and Lisa well. But after they swapped bodies, she was cold to him again because Rob didn't know the relationship between them had changed for the better.
From the beginning I thought it was weird how Adele talked about her money and being so rich she never had to work. I'm like I don't think a real rich person brags about their money like this to their husbands employee who is a single mom. I chalked it up to a bit of bad writing.. but that was actually one of the first hints!
The joke is on Rob. He'll never be happy because the same thing is gonna keep happening. He'll keep transferring because David will keep noticing the differences in the "women" he loves.
Right
Yeah & to change that, season 2 should be with an another unique twist.
@@xanisucks7328 there is no season two it's a mini series but it's clear it's gonna happen over and over again until maybe David finds the journal and gets behind all this
Rob dumb brain doesn't know to study the person's mannerisms before inhabiting another's body. I wish this had another season where David throws the impossible out the window and realize it's been rob stalking him from body to body
Yep
Actually their was so many hints , like in the scene when adele went to the area rob used to live in and got punched or into a fight. Rob was never in love with adele , his sexuality was mention a lot of times , he never was interested in women and he kinda hated them , starting with his sister, or how did treat the women around himself aggressive.
The whole time rob was the key in this story
Also the blue particle instead of adele's purple one
@@domonkoslakics8060 biggest clue off them all and i think nobody realised untill the end
yess he probably did dislike women as a whole like with that nurse in the beginning episodes, just how aggressive and rude he was to her...that said it all
Also, Rob was a great cook in the flashbacks. He cooked for David and must have thought they had bonded over that so that's why adele is always cooking for David.
Yes the storytelling was pretty strong in that sense, you would think a first Rob was in love with Adele and jealous of the attention and love she gave David, but eventually full circle comes that Rob was envious of Adele's life and her BF and therefore he decided to take it all away. It is so sad for David because he doesn't know Adele died ten years ago and he was with Rob . We all agree there should a freaking season two ..
Whoever wrote this series is a genius. From the twists and turns to how all the puzzles fit together is just amazing. Can't wait for the next season. Hopefully there are subsequent seasons.
I just finished watching it now. The ending was so shocking to me I literally feel nauseous 😂
It's a book adaptation ig
When Luise finished the journal I wondered what the last missing pages were for.. now I guess Rob was describing the whole “switching bodies” thing so he got rid of them
I thought the secret, reason why David stayed, was that they planned her parents death.... boy was I wrong 😑
omg sameeee😂😂
truss the way rob was talking
I legit thought David started the fire, saved and married Adele for the money and then killed Rob - potentially cause Rob maybe hit on him or something. I was SO WRONG
so many twists😭😭
What annoyed me the most is that Louise put David's company and Adele's friendship above her son Adam's personal safety and her own safety. I know it is a drama and the characters have to be dumb and impulsive otherwise story wouldn't move forward but still it was testing my patience. Adele and David both knew where she lived and both threatened her yet she kept getting involved in their messy lives despite warnings from the both of them. I mean what kind of mother are you putting your child in harm's way and risking your life for strangers? That was seriously annoying. And she had no reason to kick her friend out other than the fact that she didn't want to hear that she messed up.
So true
Louise's stupidity really turned me off from the show so I stopped watching after a few episodes. But I wanted to know the big twist so I just finished watching. Wtf 😶
I kept watching, but I agree. They really wrote Louise her character like in an annoying way. I loved her in the first 4 episodes. But in the last two episodes I was like Louise, mind your business and leave them.
Louise had so much potential, I wish they made it so she was involved in a way that didn’t make her a horrible parent and friend. She was incredibly selfish and was so involved in this couples life, I couldn’t believe how immature she acted. 😩
I do agree although whenever she did stupid stuff Adam was always with his father
So when "Adele" gave Louise Rob's journal it wasn't to help Louise with her sleep terrors, it was all a part of his elaborate plan :O
even though it in fact did help with her terrors
Lesson for life:
Never be the only person in someone else’s life.
I always thought Rob was good, so it came as a shock that he was behind everything. Didn't like seeing him be the bad person in the end
He was behind her eyes oooooh my god now it makes more sense
Did Rob ever love Adele? He wrote that he loved her in the diary. But it turned out that he loved David all the time?? Wtf
Rob gets mad when the nurse says David and Adele will be together, but Rob never met David at the time, what is the reason he gets mad?
@@ahfoong2502 I don't think he loves them. He is obsessed. He was scared to death of losing Adele and she was his escape which doesn't sound like real love. The thing that bothered me was how he didn't seem guilty or sad for betraying and killing his "love" Adele. He immediately was obsessed with David even if he hates him/her in the end. Who would fight for that? He is a psychopath.
Ah Foong I thought he liked Adele in the beginning and he seemed jealous when she would talk about David. It’s either he was confused or bi sexual. That’s only reason I would think he would get mad.
I personally found It crazy how it was as if Louise dreams were trying to warn her of events to come, the corroded hall way was her future, the sleep walking aspect is her losing control of her body doing things she normally wouldn't, her trying to find a way out or escape means she's trapped as it ties in to the ending as well as the pills scene to represent over dosing to finally Adam calling out for his mom, she calling out to Adam but he couldn't find her or hear her. crazy how it all pieces together.
Mother of observation
Wow that was a great adaptation of what was happening. I kept trying to figure that dream out but was nowhere close.
Holy shit this comment deserves more likes, amazing observation!!
What creeped me out was how Rob threw his old body away to be with a man he hardly knew and didn't know how to love only to screw it up over and over because he doesn't know what love is. He was chasing the money and his homosexual promises.
i super love this comment. genius observation.
That final look Louise (Rob) gives Adam at the end terrifies me.
theres also another clue that makes perfect sense. that scene when louise and “adele” was talking in the kitchen and “adele” said something like “Everything starts with Rob.” i was mindblown when i finished it.
If Rob & Adele would’ve never swapped bodies everything would be great. David would still love her. They never would’ve met Louise. David would’ve probably never cheated. They would have a happy ending. I really went from feeling sorry for Rob to hating him.
There also would of never been a series if that happened 🤣
@@richardking8956 hahah
@@richardking8956 just what I was thinking 😊
Richard King 😂😂😂😂😂
I also think that’s why Adele couldn’t get pregnant because she was Rob
I still can't understand why Louise chose to lucid dream at the end while adele(rob) was in the fire??? Like how can she help by lucid dreaming? What was she thinking???
Edit: astral projection, not lucid dreaming 😅
right!! i was like wtf is she doing
Exactly my thoughts! That confused me too
All I could think of was, why didn’t she get the police to go in for a welfare check. So weird.
I think she did it so she could walk Adele's body out of the building while Robs astral body
was in Louise's body outside. What I'm wondering is did Adele(Rob) actually know that Louise was gonna swap bodies or did she actually intend to die?
@@manal.daoudi if that was the reason, she is really stupid for trusting adele after she's been warned a lot urgh. And for your question, I personally think for Rob, being death is better than being in prison, so it's either death or louise's body so he just gambled!
It feels crazy putting the pieces together now 😃 No wonder Adele cooked most of the times cz it was Rob's skill, astral projection color was Blue(which was Rob's actually), all her past memories with Rob (not the memories of fire/her parents death).. after finishing the series it all makes sense now... the actress did a great job portraying both characters(Adele and Rob) perfectly ❤️
I still can’t believe how I sided with rob throughout the movie and then the end shocked me 😑 I was like “omg rob is so cute” “awww poor rob” “don’t worry I got u rob” 🤦♀️ all this time I thought Adele was the real deal😢😢😢I literally got BODYQUAKE
She shouldn’t have shown her happiness like that 🤦 or she should have helped Rob find a boyfriend.
I’m honestly quite mad at myself for not noticing it was Rob in Adele’s body from the second Adele started talking about night terrors. She never had them, that was Rob’s struggle. Also when Adele’s aura was blue.
This was the greatest plot twist in a movie in so long. This is the type of series that after you finish you want to start it all over. Amazing storyline.

This show reminds me of the story my mom told me as a child:
There was a village in Sri Lanka that discovered to astral project. The whole village were projecting acrossing countries to learn about their culture. Then, little do they know, there were demons waiting around and eventually stole all their bodies. It was scary.
Moral lesson: Always hide your body when you astral project, or bind a protection spell inside your body. Also put marks of your own blood near your body so you wont get lost and be able find your body.
Is astral projection real ?

I just realised something, when Adele and Louise were talking and Louise told him that she had nightmares, Adele gave her the book knowing she would eventually get the ability to astral whatever n everything that happened was already set in stone
Can we appreciate the outstanding performance of Eve and Simona?
They were freaking amazing!
*spoilers!!!!!*
The switch of face expressions and body language between Rob&Adele and then Louise&Adele... Wow.
You literally believe they were no longer Louise and Adele but Rob...
I hope they win an award for this show, specially Eve.
I just realized that when David was over at the house with Rob and Adele, Rob astral travelled and watched David and Adele having sex... but he was looking at David the whole time.
it was mentioned earlier he was homosexual so...

Don’t get me wrong I loved the show and the twisted ending but at the scene where Louise was trying to save “Adele” from dying, how did she manage to stay calm and actually fall ASLEEP in order to astral project when “Adele's" body was literally minutes away from being burned up? Like how’s that possible, any person would be nervous like hell. And how could she save her by attempting astral projection when the soul or orbs can't touch anything? It doesn't make any sense

Same!!! He was the realest of them all😂😂😂
Same here.I even thought there would be a scene where David would wake "Adele " up and say "But there was no Rob...." Ughhh

My first thought was that David was super abusive.. and preyed on Adele because he knew she was vulnerable..
intentionally caused the fire without her knowing, and then saved her so she thought he was a hero and loved him, just to inherit her families millions. Because remember when she signed off the whole estate and money to David? and the way he would always ask where she was seemed like a form of control and abuse. Anyone else think that?? then i thought ... oh wait Adele is actually Psycho... and then BOOOM Rob came outta no where.
Another thing to think of, the night terrors she kept having were her essentially being trapped and kept away from Adam that she experienced at the end. He kept yelling at her in the dream, and in the fire dream David told her to run while ‘Adele’ just screamed.
When 'Adele' walked around Louise's flat for the first time she said "nice flat" in a Scottish twang when she walked in, she was obviously getting a clear visual of the house so she could travel there to watch Louise and David...
Woweeww yesss well to watch louise and david
yesss !!! i was wondering why she followed louise into almost every room of her flat
And i was confused throughout. Felt like adele was genuine when they flashback to her younger self, but then this adele is way too diff ....turns out she was not her all along.
Mindblown, and so pisssed...extremely pissed. Feel so bad for adam and david, esp Adam.
and the real genuine adele😢
@@afrodite3811 yeah, her as well. Broke my heart when rob betayed her like that. She was so innocent and tried to help him.

Im curious why Rob(Alice) would paint the room with the forest. Is it to remind David of his power over him?
I think he painted the forest because that is where is real body( robs) lies.
@@Lilipuce371 i thought that it could be a reminder to David about the body which seems very plausible, but also in the scene when Rob is sitting in the woods and the camera pans out - it looks similar to the painting on the wall somewhat. This is right after Rob said, "I could stay here forever" so I imagine that forest was almost like a place of rebirth from his very fucked up perspective
No bc the actual rob told Adele he would stay there if he could. So im assuming it’s just a reminder of what he wanted
I think that Rob/Adele painted her wall so that her marriage would fall apart quicker. He already marked Louise as her victim and only heeded to speed things up. David didn't forgive him/her for the reminder of their'crime', so he stopped sleeping in that room with him/her and stated his relationship with Louise without much guilt. So the painted wall was actually a way for Rob/Adele to get her plan in motion.
Gives me "Us" vibes, especially at the end. Great series!
I was thinking more skeleton key
I thought this exact thing
Yea!! I thought the same thing!!! Especially at the end lol

I think pigeon was true Adele and the Luisa’s dream was future prediction, as she dreamed that Adam is screaming for his mom to help and someone is behind the wall trying to escape.. (that someone is Luisa’s soul) It’s very dark actually .. And I felt so sad for Rob and liked him very much - Oh boy I was wrong😳
That makes so much sense...
OMG ! I felt the same about the pigeon but I did not make the link with the nightmares. YOU ARE SO RIGHT !!
I felt sorry for Rob to, was even mad at his sister. But she was right about him the hole time. I dont understand the love interest of Rob. Is he bi sexual or just gay? In the beginning it was really like he loved Adele🤷♀️
