The only thing messed up about this movie is the fact that the grandmother donated her home and all of her property to the church, rather than leaving it to her grandson. I hate how much of a grift religion is, and how many elderly people think they're buying their way into heaven by doing shit like this. My mom barely made $900.00 a month on Social Security, but still insisted on donating 10% of her income to televangelists. Never mind the fact that they're worth tens of millions of dollars.

He’s an adult as well and while having some extra help after she died would’ve been nice for him, he would have more joy if he focused on all the help that she gave him while she was alive and be grateful. And then focus on trying to make his own way. Kids gotta grow up.

But becoming a father figure to Sam is amazing. Life is a mystery. Margie friended Sam and Eddy and that was good. Shelley Sam's mother return and caused problem to them but later willing to give Sam to Eddy. Eddy was really a changed person and now adopted Sam as hos own. The question of this story why Eddy's mother gave her house to charity instead of her son Eddy.

People keep saying that the kid is weird for being feminine, but he isn't weird, he is just being judged by people who don't know how to love. If you think he is weird then you haven't learned enough about life. To be a good person you have to respect the fact that people grow differently. Never try to rob someone of happiness. Happiness is a rarity that never lasts long enough, don't make it be cut short just because you can't find happiness in the same way. I hate fostercare. My mother died when I was 12. Fostercare loves to take Black children from their families. So even though my grandmother was taking care of us, they took us. We grew up and all did well. But when I bought my homestead in Upstate NY a racist woman wanted to run me out of town, so she lied and said I a use my daughter. NY took my daughter. My sisters (an insurance broker and nurse practitioner), tried to get my daughter. They refused to give my daughter to my family, so cursed them every day. I appealed to Albany and, though my daughter aged out, NY had to pay ½ million dollars for.her Ivy League education. My neighbor's husband died and she lost her house in NY. The judge and lawyer died from cancer and Coronovirus killed worse in NY than another state. And my neighbor lost her other house in Puerto Rico during the storms. My daughter and I are back spending alot of time together. She graduated at the top of her class in HS and did well at her Ivy League University. She is now very financially secure and I live peacefuly at my homestead.

A boy always looks up to his father ,that shapes his entire persona , without a father figure in life this is bound to happen

Yeah mate, all the billions of single women in the world. The bodies are piled so high you can see them from the moon!
(seriously, and these guys wonder why most women wouldn't go near them with a 10ft pole when their espousing idotoic shit like this. Then trying to blame everyone else for them being constantly rejected by anyone with half a brain)@@EliteBuildingCompany

I hate how ppl say that not having a father figure shapes a feminine male... I had a father figure in my life the whole time. He always accepted me for being trans. Not having a father figure does NOT shape a man.

I'm not a convict but I been through that before. Struggled to find a job, grandma always handed me money cuz I needed and wanted things.....toxic shit man (too long so ain't gonna say much). But I'm glad I found something better. I hate her but love her the same time. Love her for taking care if me since I was a baby, hated her for the shit I been through cuz she let .....certain things get too far in the family ....situation (abuse).
