- San Nicola Arcella is a small beach resort along the south west coast of Italy. Perched above the Tyrrhenian Sea, a mixture of new and old, San Nicola is a relaxing holiday destination for many Italians. Little known outside of Italy, the heart of the town is the centro storico. A maze of narrow streets, piazzas, bars and restaurants, San Nicola is a traditional Calabrese seaside town.
The property is located along Via Telegrafo on the edge of town. A row of 4 independent villa’s we have a three bed mid row for sale.
The villa consists of basement ground and first floor covering over 300 sq mtrs.
Entry to the villa is directly off the main street into a drive way large enough for two or three cars.The driveway is paved with gardens either side.
Approaching the property there is an external shower area and rear patio with bench seating and space for external dining.
A covered section of the patio leads to the main entry to the villa. A patio area with great views od the sea and gulf of Policastro. Steps lead down to the front garden which is lawned. There is also the entrance to access the basement.
Beyond the garden there is an allotment. There is a lane to access the property from the allotment area.
The Basement: Consisting of two separate areas we have a storage area of around 40 sq mtrs. This is mainly used for the garden tools.
To the right there is a living area with open plan living and a fully fitted kitchen. A large bedroom and full bathroom for a complete guest apartment.
Ground floor: Entry to the open plan lioving area and a second fully fitted kitchen. This area also benefits from air conditioning. In addition there is a large bathroom with corner shower, bidet, toilet and sink unit. There is also a washing machine. To complete the ground floor the first of three bedrooms to the main property. The bedroom comes with air conditioning. Mosquito screens are fitted to all the external doors and windows.
First floor: A large landing gives access to a bathroom and two large bedrooms. The bathroom is similar to the ground floor bathroom with suspended sanitary ware. The shower is a corner unit facility. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The main bedroom is to the front of the property and access’s a large terrace. The terrace has spectacular views of the coastline including the island of Dino just off Priaia a Mare.
The property is being sold furnished and comes with an alarm system. All services are connected.
