Not sure if anyone discovered this but using a dino leash and placing it around the loot crate, keeps your gigas in a defending area easier while you ride another around to get the ones that get caught up....I do this all the time and it saves a ton of running around and works perfectly 🥰
Honestly best way for bps....BUT if your not capable of getting to round 10 then probably not worth the time. Red drops can drop just as good of loot. I have cap saddles and cap shottys from them

It’s easy to snag max shotguns/ max flak/ good rex bps etc. try getting those in such a high damaged or armor anywhere else. Good luck with that. Second best is crystal isles underwater cave
Just soloed my 1st one, and all I did was put up a ring of metal wall spikes, and used 1 giga. Only went to wave 7 tho, as it was getting late. Giga went from 34k hp to about 19k.
ya best to put spikes down or any structure just to buy time even tho they get two tapped I’ve done it with one 2500 -2700 m imprinted gig but I definitely do fail them also ,some spots are a lot easier to defend . official 1times pvp
For me I use about 5 to 6 giga circling the drop and whistle attack the drop. It will attack all animal trying to come for the drop. Giga AOE is huge even if the animal is under their feet. (Giga will lose stamina but it’s okay and make sure to put food in them and disable harvesting). And u might need another Giga that u can ride to attack the animal that attack our Giga behind. (Just in case). If you have a low lvl Giga with low hp and melee you might need help from plant species X for pve. If you feel your giga not gonna make it use tek force field to help and heal your giga. And let the plant species X help do some work. That what I’m doing. Any more recommendations that’s help improve this I’m really appreciate it. 🥰

@@marnickshobby4465 i play ASA now, but back when i played ASE i switched to pve world settings, so the gigas couldnt bite the drop :) seems a little cheaty but i liked to play it that way

You could do it will 10 gigs I guess but the issue there is, gigs bits can damage the drop so having 20 all biting near the drop could destroy it very quickly Lightning wyverns could be a better help? Because with high stam you just spam the Lightning blast which will hurt multiple targets but dose not hurt the drop :)
You have likely moved on from this problem (lol) but someone said something somewhere about turning dinos to aggro and sending then out to hunt and also something about a flyer doing the same thing. BUT don't leave the area or the whole thing shuts down.

Using a Carcharodontosaurus works for me on the red drops due to its tail swipe and high speed.

and u can legit solo a Purple with 2.3k Melee Gigas wich is normal on 1x.
