Here is what you should ACTUALLY do: Open up whatever photo editor programme you're using (eg) photo shop, Paint, Paint 3D etc etc Crop the dimensions of your canvas to 1225 X 338 and create your design whichever way you plan on doing it. Anything you do within these parameters will FIT your RUclips Banner frame. Now.... you save that picture to your device/PC, and start a new picture. Set the NEW canvas to 16:9. As it is a brand new canvas, it will be white. Apply a background or simply splash it with Paint, as this part will only be seen on TV's, and is the part you care least about for your banner to work correctly. Still, pick a colour to match your 1st pics background, and it WILL match. Once you have splash the Paint onto the canvas (remember, it's one click if you change the setting to paint bucket), simply UPLOAD/INSERT your 1st picture. It will go EXACTLY WHERE YOU WANT IT TO BE. Do not touch it after this point, as its dimensions and placement are PERFECT. Now save that to your device /PC. Go to RUclips Studio, customisation, branding, banner, upload your final pic..... and THATS how you do a RUclips Bamner to fit Dimensions 👍 You.... Are.... Welcome.... None of this "Guess Work" that is shown to you in the video, and none of this "work with what the app gives you".

Does YT crop it depending on the medium through which it's being viewed? As opposed to it growing and shrinking in real time?
