And the answer to that question is-Yes! I might do a spec-38 video soon.
Use the core that increase the rate of fire, and armor piercing (scorcher is also good) with this weapon, even with a mobile phone, you can easy climp up to diamond rank

Hallo Hybrid,
SPEC is very much overpowered, but you aren't using it to its full potential. In case you didn't know, (1) The bullets bounce, and (2) When scoping, your rate of fire (RoF) increases a bit. Basically just spam with the gun.
However the mobility is crap, and I don't see you switching to pistol when moving around.... ;P The scope on the gun is absolute pain to use without the laser :(
