- This Standard Volibear & Gnar deck is as simple as it gets. Collect mana and sigils to play the Volibear and Portia early. Portia the Peculiar can find incredible titanic units that win the game regardless of their stats like Atakhan, Cithria or even Tianna for a free rally. Survive with boardclears like Avalanche and Crystalline Stormraptor until you take over the game with big dudes.

Portia is straight out of Hearthstone but in a good way. I wish we had a similar effect with more control but it's surprising me how many good pulls you actually can get
I mean condense qualifies and it's a neat card but it can be a bit degenerate being burst speed
Top tier video. The roller coaster of emotions on game one was incredible. "That's whack" at the end of game 2 made me burst out with a laugh. Game 3 had opponent high roll so hard... Chef's kiss!

Not running sunburst is just the norm for an age of dragons deck btw.
I really like the deck, but man...sometimes it bricks super hard

@@mrdeafter I think that the main issue in the deck is the lack of good 3/4 drops for targon.
The deck runs 9 two drops but 0 three drops and only 3 four drops. That's insane lol
Asol's Origin is called "Why no Asol?" and states that he can be put into any Deck regardless of Regions.

Wouldn’t the ice bird and avalanche become unplayable once you get your 1/1 titanic cos it will kill it.
Kinda yeah, but at that point you already have more than enough on the board that you don't really play either anymore.
Or also see it that way: literally any 1-dmg ping from the enemy can handle it anyway, if you kill multiple from the enemy, it's still worth it due to the fact that the extra 1/1 titanic was basically for free

Should elder dragon be nerfed so you can add 7+ rather than 6+ minions during deck building. Would be a big change I feel
