I make protein shakes with 16 oz non fat milk, cup of frozen berries, 4 hard boiled eggs. It is 40 grams of protein & 680 calories, the frozen fruit will buffer the taste of the eggs by 75 % so its really not bad tasting, but of course I don't drink it for the taste.
