    I add greek yogurt (low fat rich protein) as well. The ingredients does work anyway. I grew massively big that I can’t even wear my tshirt because it’s getting smaller.

    Great shake. You forgot to add 2 ice cubes and a half cup of oatmeal. Of course it's optional but it will enhance the taste and protein. Great vid!

    If you peel and cut chunks of barely-ripe bananas and store in ziplock freezer bag, makes for a nicely chilled smoothie without added ice. (For those following low FODMAP elimination, only half a banana per meal/snack is recommended.)

      Just follow the video because If you also mix half water and half milk the fat would decrease but the nutritional value (protein) will also decrease
      It's upto you, if you do heavy workouts then don't mix water at all

    I make protein shakes with 16 oz non fat milk, cup of frozen berries, 4 hard boiled eggs. It is 40 grams of protein & 680 calories, the frozen fruit will buffer the taste of the eggs by 75 % so its really not bad tasting, but of course I don't drink it for the taste.

    The main issue in these protien shakes is that they give you protien but they contain much more calories.
    Way Protien is better providing same protien without additional carbs or fats

      I do. Well part of it. Great source of fiber. I read humans are the only animal/primate that doesn’t eat the peel. It also adds a thickness to it. Try one strip of the peel and see how you like it.
