      @Ex Gamer I used to drink 1500 kcal shakes every night just before bed. My stomach felt so bad but I alwayd get tired from a full stomach so I did sleep like a baby. Probably isn’t that healthy for your body though and I replaced it with just schoops of peanut butter, which can also be 800 kcal if you eat 6 table spoons.

    You can use soaked almonds instead of dry. That will be better option. Dry almonds take more time to digest and it can cause light constipation.

      @@foamfan7593 Depends on the day. If im working my morning job, I make a smoothie/shake, if im only working my night job, I will make some oatmeal with all the fixins and that'll be breakfast.
      Lunch is super small, usually salad, fruits, anything with greens.
      Dinner is usually a simple stir fry. I make my dinners in batches to last 3-5 days because I work a lot, so today I made egg fried rice. Broccoli, snap peas, carrots, water chestnuts, onions, eggs, jasmine rice, liquid aminos instead of soy sauce and Sriracha and I do either chicken or tofu depending on how I feel. Super yummy, I add whatever seasonings I want.
      I would like to say I have a lot of variety, but I honestly just don't have the time, energy or funds to provide a lot of variety, so I just aim for the nutrients I need to stay healthy, keep my blood pressure down and keep my caloric deficit. Started at 302 pounds, now I'm 210 and working my way down to about 195.

    Good shake to gain weight if you're a hard gainer. Just remember you're probably only burning 300-400kcal in a lifting session so a 1500kcal shake plus your meals is probably way too much!

    I've been making something similar for almost a decade, but I soak the oats and whatever nuts or seeds are in it for at least 10 minutes it will help it blend and keep the shake smooth.

    8 oz of oats, 6 tbs of peanutt butter, one banana, 1 or 2 dcl of milk (depending on how you want to consume it) :
    -1600 calories
    -60g of fat
    -70g of proteine ( you can also add your protein powder to the mix)

    My recipe:
    2bananas
    Frozen berries
    175g peanut butter (40g of protein)
    Honey
    Protein powder if you want extra protein
    Water
    This will create less inflamation and lethargy since no milk. You can drink this, if you want more solid like Ice cream, just freeze the bananas the night before.

    But if I wanna keep it up after several months, having protein shake sometimes is good too.(but not abuse it)

    Just to be clear this doesn't make you gain muscle, the protein powder helps but everything else just contributing to weight gain not mainly muscle mass

    This is a great recipe for skinny hard gainers. If you're already 12-15% body fat or more just skip the nuts and reduce the fruit and oat content. Muscle gains will come from increased protein content in grams. Excessive or unnecessary calories could result in excess body fat for those who don't need more of it.

    I truly believe in mc donalds if you're naturally skinny no joke I put on serious muscle in my late teens early 20s on double cheese burgers .. im talking 3-4 of them in one sitting as a meal post Workout I didn't even gain much fat

    And in case you're looking for a reason to hate, I don't actually give a fuck. My scales are for laboratory use and are expensive as hell. For all I know, his are waterproof and cost $25

    And I thought my protein shake was overkill which consisted of 2 eggs, 1 large banana, chocolate powder, oatmeal, sugar and milk.
